The most filthy dirty hotel ever run

Les draps de lit sont vieux, pas repassé et la chambre est pleine d'humidité et le lavabo n'est pas fonctionnel. En plus le personnel est peu sympathique.

Le personnel a été très conciliant, la chambre que l’on m’avait attribué lors de mon arrivé ne me convenait pas et malgré avoir passé une nuit dedans à ma demande de changement le personnel s’est tout de suite mit à la recherche d’une nouvelle chambre bien plus adaptée

Même gratuit j’y retourne pas! Cafard… saleté… la piscine est une grande mare remplie de javel. Le petit déjeuné : pain rassis, jus d’orange chaud, beurre fondu. Tout part en lambeau. Toilette cassés. Baignoire qui sent l’urine mélangé aux cheveux d’une vingtaine de personne. Idéal pour la fabrication d’une perruque. Une serviette pour 4. 2 lits pour 4. Pas de wifi. Porte qui ferme pas. Cafard gros comme des chats. Une odeur de friture constante. Personnel à l’accueil qui sent le Ricard. Depuis le coup de boule de Zidane c’est la pire expérience de ma vie.

The hotel very old abd after last time I was staying in 15 years backbthis summer found out nothings has been charged the bed sheet very dirty floor still have hair from last customer. One good thing about is location in middle of everything you looking for.

During our stay there were construction works at the hotel. In the morning it started already before 8 AM. Laying in the sun at the swimmingpool was with the noice of the construction workers and the workers walked with building equipment in the swimming pool area. When we booked we were not informed about this. We booked 2 weeks before.

Wasn’t expecting much of a luxury considering that I booked a basic room. However, there wasn’t anything at my stay that made the hotel a delight and to say the least a place to chill. Despite a good number of tourists the music by the pool was exclusively to the local taste. It seemed that the music choice was made to please the hotel staff not the visitors. They played loud music all day long with the exception of Friday where they did not play music whatsoever. Worse still, music was way too loud and cleaning staff had to communicate yelling across the hotel compound. It was so noisy and way too loud that I had to use ear plugs at my room so I can get some sleep. Restaurant was empty and despite advertising a diner menu, 4 members of staff at the front of house couldn’t deliver service. I ordered dinner and sat for over 30 minutes before standing up and cancelling my order. But, what made it worse and unacceptable is the hotel Wi-Fi that kept dropping and had to spend most of my time waiting for content to load. Absolutely terrible, I felt so miserable. I did complain to reception and all I got was shrugged shoulders.

Appartement assez vieux la cuisine est inutilisable (équipement désuet et non fonctionnel ... ) Cependant, si on utilise comme chambre c est assez grand. Les services sont à revoir (serviette de bain troué, pas de savon.....)

Another return trip for us to the Tagadirt (our first stay was over 35 years ago, so it’s not new!) & enjoyed it as much as ever. The staff are lovely & always find us a quiet studio. Rooms are spacious, well maintained, lots of hot water and comfortable beds. The swimming pool is very relaxing & shielded from Atlantic winds in winter and the well tended gardens make this a great value stay in the centre of Agadir.

Great hotel for the price. Good location.. Comfortable beds.. Nice staff..
