Enjoyed my stay. I’ll definitely go back!

Check in was easy and the gentleman at the front desk was very nice. The room smells of heavy air freshener and is very humid. The lock on the sliding glass door out onto the balcony is broken and very hard to open. The carpeting seems damp. The grout in the shower is dirty, and when my daughter went to use the shampoo that is mounted on the shower wall, it fell off and the bracket cut her hand. The pool is nice but it's on the street side and not the ocean side so you're here traffic going by. Overall, it was just an OK experience and not really worth the hefty price tag.

Liked having the option of the Ocean or the pool. Disliked the food options. Didn't like being charged for a Buffett that is basically the same foods that are put out for free at other Hotels.

This was a great place to stay. Staff was great. Room was mostly clean. Only issue is someone left a bottle of medicine behind and it wasn’t seen by housekeeping so we tossed it. Also the showers are not in good condition and made an extremely loud sound when using. Otherwise we had a great stay there and everything was as listed.

Even though I checked in the day before through their service, I was told that I had to go to another hotel since it was overbooked. They put me in a hotel that was not even close to the boardwalk, which was the point of choosing that location. I lost the amenities that came with the hotel that I originally chose. There only response was they could give me one night for free. They would not work with me or offer a ride to the other location. Very cold and abrupt.

It was ok. Not very clean. I registered 5 guests yet when we checked in there were only three bath towels.

The staff were friendly. The hotel was clean. The outdoor was clean and maintained. The problem was the indoor pool. The water level was below the skimmers which means that it wasn’t being cleaned!! That can make people sick! I told 3 different front desk staff but they said “I’ll let engineering know”. I personally stopped several families from using the pool fearing they’d get sick! The front desk should have locked the doors and put up a sign that it was closed. I’ve been in the aquatic industry for decades so I’m very well aware of water chemistry and filtration.

I loved this place. I went with my family and my daughters loved the pools. The place is very beautiful. Without a doubt, I would choose it again. What I loved most was that the receptionist was very friendly, everything was very clean. I will return.

The suite was clean and beautiful! The views from our balcony were the best. The staff was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The pool was the best too. I plan to come back.

Buen hotel y la habitación excelente

Had a great stay with kids. Beach wasn't too crowded, room was clean and floor quiet. The outside pool was a nice size and fun for kids. The food at the outside bar could use some healthier, fresher options, but in general great experience.

We was there for 2 days no one came for clean are room people smoking weed on the balcony I can not get any sleep because my room was stinky pool dirty are keys we had to change to many times over price for the service they provided I will not recommend on the tap you have to pay for parking

Would recommend and was able to check in early.
