All staff are very well trained to provide excellent customer service. The entire property is spotlessly clean, the gardens are very well maintained. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The restaurant menu and food choices are mouthwatering. The actual food served is delicious and cooked as ordered.

Nos hospedamos en una suite del séptimo piso y en el octavo piso todo el tiempo se escuchaba ruidos de personas hablando, muebles moviéndose, golpes, parecía que estaban realizando arreglos y eso perturbó la tranquilidad.

Everything was clean and spotless. The staff were extremely courteous and accommodating. We had a lamp with a defective plug and a toilets that backed up, and they fixed both right away.

Das Frühstück war immer frisch, mit grosser Auswahl an europäischen und lokalen (kolumbianischen) Produkten. Gilt ebenfalls für das Nachtessen im Restaurant mit lokalen (kolumbianischen) Menues, aber auch mit Menues "a la Bella Italia",inkl. Wein. Die Preise sind relativ tief im Vergleich zu Europa. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
