Fantastic hotel staff. Hotel is in very good location. Historic building very nicely maintained.

Excellent location, next to the old town with a great view over the city. Parking is close and there's an excellent Mexican restaurant. Breakfast is also very good. Downside is that the sound isolation could be much better. From outside (trams) and also from neighbouring rooms.

The Hotel is good, however, there is no electric kettle and coffee or tea in the room available. for me it was quite strange as nowadays almost all of the hotels provided the electric kettle with coffee & tea at rooms.

Great hotel location next to the Old Town. Stunning view of the city/harbour from the room. Spacious, comfortable and clean room. Friendly and welcoming staff at check in. Thank you

Huone erittäin ahdas,edellisen asiakkaan roskat jääneet yhteen roska-astiaan. Sänky meidän mielestä hieman liian korkea,tyynyt huonot. Respassa palvelu ok. Hotellin yhteydessä olleen pienen pubin palvelu oli hyvää,kun taas Amarillon palvelu tai ei siis saatu palvelua ollenkaan,oli siis aivan ala-arvoista. Ei meitä huomioitu ollenkaan,ovella luki,odottakaa ohjausta pöytään,emme siis päässeet koskaan,vaikka ravintola oli melkein tyhjä. Ei tarvitse siihen ravintolaan mennä enää. Mutta itse hotelliin tulemme toistekkin.

Stayed in Tallinn for 2 nights. The location was great. It was directly connected to the shopping mall and within walking distance of the old town. The rooms are old but well maintained. The beds are not too old, but the view from the rooms is good. The breakfast is delicious and has a wide variety of items. This is a recommended hotel in Tallinn.

Everything is very worn out, outdated, something doesn't work and it's very uncomfortable. Not worth the money.

Tredje gang på Sokos, som er et godt hotel midt imellem den nye og gamle del af Tallinn. Mit værelse var i Superior-afdelingen og fint. Ingen forstyrrende værelsesrengøring, hvis man ikke beder om det, og det er fint også CSR-mæssigt, og tilstrækkeligt med stikkontakter til gadgets og opladere. Direkte adgang til Viru Kesku-centeret med meget godt supermarked i kælderen med god øl- og frugt og grøntafdeling - og foodmarket.

Amazing place! One of the best hotels I’ve seen in Tallin.

Viru hotelli on jo parhaat päivänsä nähnyt, huoneet ja käytävät tai yleiset tilat on repsahtaneet ja kunnon remonttia vailla. Sijainti on hyvä, mutta päivitystä tarvittaisiin. Aamupala on pettymyt, erityisesti ruokalamainen ränsistynyt epäsiisti ilme ei houkuttele.

Great hotel, superior rooms are really superior, average breakfast!

Kaikki toimi hyvin paitsi sänky oli vähän liian pehmeä. Yökerho oli muuttunut maksulliseksi. Hyvä näköala huneesta merelle ja kaupunkiin.

Voto alla pulizia 0 ; il bagno molto sporco(mattonelle piene di muffa) e la camera con parecchia polvere accumulata negli angoli. La stanza invece molto carina e con una vista sulla città sensazionale. Posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dal centro e con all'interno un grande centro commerciale.

Lovely clean rooms, great staff, great Hotel would 100% stay again!
