Absolutely fantastic stay! The rooms were spotless, and the view of the Nile River and the city was simply breathtaking. The service staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wonderful selection that included delicious traditional Egyptian dishes. Everything about the hotel created a warm and relaxing atmosphere that made the stay truly special. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but this was definitely one of the highlights. I sincerely hope I’ll have the chance to visit Cairo again—and if I do, I would absolutely stay at the Sheraton again without hesitation!

Öncelikle bilinen Sheraton kalitesi. Otel mükemmel konumda. Tahrir meydanına yakın ve Nil nehri yanında. Otel iki kütleden oluşuyor güney ve kuzey kule. Müsaitlik nedeniyle otel jest yapıp nehir manzaralı oda verdi. Yataklar geniş ve rahattı.pdalar yeni ve temizdi.kahvaltı ve akşam yemekleri harikaydım. Bilinen lezzetlerin yanında yerel lezzetler de vardı. Yemek kalitesi ve çeşitliliği çok fazlaydı. Otelde yemek yemek hem lezzet açısından hem de nehir manzarası ile harikaydı. Çok fazla çalışan vardı ve hepsi konutlara hizmet etmek için yarışıyordu.

Definitely worth using the Sheraton's Mercedes pick-up service from the airport, as their man breezed us through customs\passpoet control, took us to no-wait lines and escorted us all the way to the very nice car right out front, so no waiting, delay or hassle coming off an overnight flight 👍 People on our boat were stood up by 4.9 rated Viator pickup that never showed up and cost them hours at the airport. 🙄 Room was excellent, prices very reasonable to just eat in the hotel that was upscale and safe, with security protocols to make it a welcome place to stay. We would definitely stay there again. ✅

The food was excellent, lots of variety, and the staff was very helpful and attentive! Especially Ibrahim, his service and mannerism were excellent, and has a great sense of humor, we had a great time with him! The rooms were also very clean, amazing views of the Nile! And many thanks to the house keeping, especially Mahmoud and Shaymaa, so helpful with a great smile. In general, the hotel staff were helpful, polite and very accommodating to our needs! Special thanks to the managers Hiba and Ameen. I would also like to thank yourself and juhaira who made sure we felt welcome and accommodated! Overall, a wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend!

The customer service is poor. They ignore you half the time, phone hangup countless. Rooms were ok. We left one of my jewelry box in the room. Contacted the manager and he was able to locate it w the security. When we came back; forget how many people we had to ask. 4 pieces of jewelry that was not only expensive but had significant sentimental value to my niece because it was from her that father. There was absolutely no accountability or responsibility Two different managers and none of them responded

Stayed for 3 nights in a family suite. Very spacious and modern room. Great service from all staff. Great breakfast. Lovely view and club lounge. Totally recommend

Vi hadde rom i 6 etg først og det var ALT for mye lyd fra trafikken og rommet var skittent og slitt. Vi byttet til 11 etg, som var litt bedre. Maten var sånn passe og ikke noe spesielt. Servicen var middels. Føltes ikke veldig som 5 stjerners hotell.

The staff were extremely welcoming, especially those in reception (Mr Yousef in particular). Mr Omar, the breakfast’s manager, and on the breakfast’s staff, Mostafa were always there to answer any questions we might have had and they were very hospitable.
