We enjoyes our visit and all the sights to see nearby…we would stay here again

Driving a car is not fun in Spanish cities do this hotel was a perfect location to base ourselves : included on site parking and easy to get to . Neighborhood was fun and just a lovely walk to the Cathedral (20 minutes ) or taxi .

El lugar muy céntrico

Parking not too difficult in a garage below the hotel. The breakfast buffet was amazing in the morning. Room was nice. Only negative was when we checked in they gave us a flyer stating the restaurant was open for New Year’s Eve and it was not. We thankfully had packed extra snacks or we would have gone hungry.

Overall, I think it's a good hotel.

Bien situado, buena zona y justo al lado de una estación de metro. Habitación y cama amplias.

Nos fue genial. Cama muy cómoda, muy limpio todo y ordenado. Muy céntrico. Todo lo hicimos a pie. Hasta a la Alambra.

Excellent location to be near all of the attractions. Walkable everywhere. The staff is amazing, friendly and very accommodating.

Hemos puesto una hoja de reclamación ya que en la web del hotel ofrecen servicio de calefacción, sin embargo en Noviembre a temperaturas mínimas de 7 grados no podía ofrecernos ese servicio, la única solución que nos ofrecieron fue darnos mantas y la verdad es que no se podía estar cómodo en la habitación por el frío que hacía, lamentable el servicio de un hotel de 4 estrellas, no lo recomiendo para nada ya que no se preocuparon por solucionar el problema y pagamos una noche pasando frío.

Either this old facility is over rated or overpriced. Very busy part of town. Not easy to park. We expected more value and felt the ratings were exagerated. The TV was not working and the opposite of Smart. The soap dispenser in the bathroom designed to be very stingy. We will look for a better option next time we travel to Granada.

Great room, it was clean and had excellent facilities and lovely staff. The hotel was in a very good location. In my experience, and admittedly personal preference, the room air conditioning was not great, the fans were pretty weak and this late in the year it could still be a bit too warm at night

Un hôtel très calme et très confortable. Personnel très sympathique. De nombreux bars et restaurants à proximité. Nous avons exploré tout Grenade à pied depuis l’hôtel qui est très bien situé !

Okay med Parking, men man bør skrive når man booke med parkering, at det er med extra betaling.

It was a wonderful choice for location, comfort and price. Would definitely stay there again.

Good selection at buffet breakfast, easy check-in and out process, spacious room. Very comfortable and a decent location to explore Granada if you don’t mind a walk.
