The hotel is very charming, and the surrounding gardens are beautiful and spacious. Big swimming-pool and lots of space to relax. The city-centre is easily reachable by short Uber-ride (they also have a free transfer at the hotel). The quinta itself is stunning and has many historic features. Our room was big and the bed was comfortable, the bathroom had a decent size. However the room was slightly musty and felt a little overused - nothing to worry though. A highlight was certainly the breakfast. Many choices and outstanding quality. The staff has been very friendly throughout.

Everything about Quina Jardins do Logo is excellent. The it was only our second stay and we were welcomed like old friends. The gardens are wonderful. The breakfasts set you up for the day and the atmosphere feels relaxed all the time. Rooms are well apointed and always spotless. We wanted to book for next year before we left but the prices had not been released.

Wonderful hotel and exceptional attention to detail - decor pristine, wonderful facilities, perfectly trained staff, we really couldn’t fault it.

Beautiful property and gardens. Tortoise Colomvos is a special attractions. Female staff v friendly and courteous. Male waiters could be more friendly and cheerful. Overall excellent hotel

This is an excellent hotel, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Madeira. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, everything is extremely clean, the breakfast is delicious with lots of choice. The room was big, tastefully decorated and well equipped with a comfy bed. The hotel is set in a botanic garden that’s a wonderful oasis and so relaxing. There is a great pool and other leisure facilities. There is also a tortoise. What more could you want? Look no further - stay here!

Exceeded expectations on every front. Superb and personalised service from the moment of arrival to departure. Equivalent to the very best one could expect from the Raffles in Singapore, the Mandarin in Hong Kong, and many other gems. Nothing was obtrusive and attention was warm and friendly by everyone. Superb, Bravo!

Beautiful propert and grounds/gardens in particular. True 5 star, staff and service lovely - organised several trips for us. Only thing - and it’s personal opinion - was that the menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner were not always to our taste and there were often better and cheaper options in Funchal. We tended to eat from the breakfast buffet rather than table menu which we enjoyed b much. None of the above should dissuade you from staying there. I would say it’s one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in the world and certainly Europe.

Wonderful hotel. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The food was superb, we were spoilt for choice at breakfast, the dinner we had at the hotel was also delicious. The shuttle bus into Funchal was a great service and when that was not on the staff would call a taxi for you.
