Loved our stay at New Hotel! Perfect location. Helpful staff. Great pool. Breakfast is wonderful (not included, but worth it). I'd recommend to anyone visiting Marseille and return again for my next visit.

Notre séjour a été très agréable, dans un très joli établissement très bien entretenu avec un personnel souriant et agréable. Une seule personne à la réception vient gâcher cet ensemble, c'est dommage, nous avons été très mal accueilli. Mais si vous savez l'éviter, je vous recommande cet hôtel qui a une excellente localisation et qui mérite ses 4 étoiles.

This hotel was such a treat to stay at. It has beautiful modern artwork throughout and a gorgeous pool which was a great temperature and lovely to sunbathe round. We thought this was a great location, just out of the hustle and bustle of the main port and just a few minutes walk from a lovely small, but lively, beach. The rooms were well equipped and very clean. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly too, we would highly recommend staying here

Vi hade en riktigt bra vistelse på New Hotel Marseille. Hotellet var rent och fräscht, rummet var välskött och allt kändes modernt och inbjudande. Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam under hela vistelsen, vilket gjorde att vi kände oss väl omhändertagna. Poolområdet var också väldigt fint och en perfekt plats att koppla av. Vi skulle gärna bo här igen och kan varmt rekommendera hotellet.

Séjour en amoureux hôtel bien placé à proximité du vieux port . Hôtel calme et agréable

3rd Visit. Always a pleasure

Ok not as good as the last time i stayed there 3 times so this was my 4th stay Got chargerd for 3 rooms when only booked 2 and chargerd 3 days before we arrived bearing in mind could cancel the day before Breakfast not as good as before So would i go back not sure after this

Agréable et très bel établissement

Clean room, really enjoyed to hang out at the pool for a bit after a day at the beach. Breakfast was good and enough choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again. Also great area to stay at.

Great location, room w balcony was lovely as was pool area. We missed the first night due to all trains to Marseille being cancelled but they wouldn’t refund our first night (which I do understand) or I didn’t even get my free beverage at check in (after a long car ride to get there). staff was ok but not super friendly at front desk (at least the gentleman at check out). The bar was swarming w fruit flies including all over the fruit they were using so that put me off getting a slice of lemon in my drink (which I purchased). Traffic is loud so sleep was a bit interrupted although that was compensated by beautiful views and a lovely room w a proper coffee machine. It was a nice stay overall but not sure I’d do it again at the price point we paid for what it was.

Incredible!! Everything was perfect

The balcony space was wonderful. The restaurant service my first night and the limited menu were disappointing, but I was too tired from traveling to go out. The location is fabulous.

Seemingly very thin walls making for a very disrupted night of sleep
