Had a lovely stay, only thing I can complain about was the room was quite cold

Zimmer war absolut nicht sauber. Make-up-Spuren im Bad, Heizkörper staubig und Tropfspuren einer bräunlichen Flüssigkeit. Dusche mit vielen gebrochenen Fliesen, alles Spiegel waren verschmiert, WC-Spülung hat nur sehr widerwillig funktioniert. Starker modriger Geruch gepaart mit Raumduft. Betten toll, wenn auch Decken sehr dick. Personal durchgehend ausnehmend freundlich und zuvorkommend. Lage gut, Frühstücksbuffett ebenfalls völlig ausreichend.

Staff was nice & helpful when explaining the best places near the hotel. Very knowledgeable & friendly!

We weren't able to park at the garage on-site because it was full, so we had to walk a few blocks to another parking lot, which was a bit of a disappointment. But other than that, everything was great! It's a large hotel with comfortable rooms, and right in the heart of the old town. The breakfast buffet is extensive.

Recently refurbished so condition very good. Excellent cleanliness although bathroom shower was in bathtub, so access difficult for older travellers. Front desk & breakfast staff were outstanding friendly & helpful

Beautiful hotel and location.

Liked a lot - but challenging to park if you don't get there early to use the free car park - you park off site a block and a half away and there's not an easy way to drop off/pick up suitcases as the road is busy

Eigenes kleines Parkhaus, wir erhielten den letzten Platz! Hotel in der Innenstadt, doch war diese am Freitag ab 18.00h tot, alle Läden mit herunter gelassenen Storen geschlossen! Mehr Leben ausserhalb der Mauern.
