Everything was okay however unable to use floaties in the pool. Other hotels in the area allow floaties.

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I found three big roaches in two different rooms—completely unacceptable for any hotel. After reporting the issue, they fumigated the room and expected me to sleep there immediately after, which was out of the question. The situation was so bad that I had to change hotels. To make matters worse, the hotel refused to give me a refund, despite the horrific conditions. The lack of proper pest control and basic customer service made this an absolute nightmare. Tigotan looks good in the pictures but save yourself the trouble and stay away!

Hotel was ok I was in room 035 . My room was basic and unfortunately I found in uncomfortable. Water noise constantly waking me up walls a paper thin

Wonderful from start to finish! We are already planning our return trip for next year. Hotel staff always on hand to assist, Guest Experience booked our excursions and when we asked if it was possible to move rooms to get the evening sun on our balcony they were very accommodating, as promised the very next morning we moved rooms! Overall lovely stay, ideal location, fabulous cocktails, great evening entertainment and wide variety of food selections for both breakfast and dinner. Would definitely recommend!!

Amazing hotel. Great value for money. Modern rooms, great pools, really good food, good gym, well located and the staff is extremely friendly- particularly Alexis, Mar, Abdullah, Aitor…

I stayed here for 5 nights with my friend for a relaxing break. The hotel is wonderful. It is in a wonderful location, walking distance from everything you need. The rooftop pool was fabulous and I would recommend booking this area. The view from this place is gorgeous. The food was great, both breakfast and dinner. The selection was unbelievable. Something for every taste. The staff in this hotel were amazing. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Nothing was an issue from anyone you approached. Outstanding!

In the generel it is a nice hotel. the condition of the building and furniture could usa a bit of upgrade in some of the rooms.

Dejligt centralt hotel, men irriterende med de opdelinger der er. Vi skulle betale ekstra for vand koger og safe. Fantastisk morgen og aften buffet, ikke noget at klage over.

Dejligt ophold, fint værelse, god mad, meget god service. Dog fylder exclusive gæst tilbud lidt for meget når man ikke har valgt det. På rooftop terrasserne var de fleste solsenge reserveret tl exclusive gæsterne, dvs at chancen for at få en plads var næsten ikke eksisterende. Endvidere er det irriterende med de folk der lægger deres håndklæde allerede før morgenmaden og så først kommer flere timer senere.

It seemed as if all the staff were beginners. The range of the menu on offer was huge, but its no good if you can't deliver quality cooking. (A Gordon Ramsay nightmare). The serving staff seem to think they were on holiday too. Little bundles of hair were on the floor around my room for the duration. (I'm bald). Good location.

Heerlijk hotel met erg leuk personeel. Kamers ogen wat verouderd maar bedden prima en badkamer ook. Zwembad is top en zo ook de ligging van het hotel,
