Vi boede i suiten og det var en oplevelse ud over det sædvanlige. Hele hotellet har bevaret den oprindelige indretning så meget som muligt og for os var det dejligt, at morgenmadstiden skal reserveres i forvejen. Vi var skeptiske over for det, men det var virkelig dejligt, at maden var frisk og der var plads til en ved et bord. Det er et mindre hotel og der er ikke store buffeter med mad. Men det, der er, er friskt og vellavet og servicen er i top. Vi kommer meget gerne igen

There are few words to describe how magical our experience was! The staff were helpful with every request and always went above and beyond to make our experience amazing! The room was beautiful and our little balcony over the canal felt like we were living in a movie! We cannot wait to come back!

Great location. We had a canal view suite. We stayed during the heat wave and unfortunately our aircon didn’t work the best but I guess it’s not normally that hot either. Staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was great.

Staff are wonderful breakfast very good but our room the bedroom was on a different level too bathroom 3 small flights wooden stairs not ideal at our age, the hotel is a lovely genuine Venice building, but due too issues with water pressure we could not shower two consecutive afternoons, this might been outside the control of hotel as I understand there was outside work taking place but after long days one needs a shower.

Todella kiva pieni hotelli hiukan rauhallisemmalla Cannaregion alueella. Kaksikerroksinen huone oli hyvällä tavalla hiukan erilainen ja tunnelmallinen. Henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja ystävällistä. Aamupala oli ainakin meille ihan riittävä ja tarjoilijalta sai myös erikoiskahveja toiveen mukaan.

This was our first time in Venice and was very happy with this hotel. Staff was amazing and went above what we had expected Breakfast was great with good choices. Next time we visit Venice we will definitely stay here.

Our room was very very small. Bed was VERY uncomfortable in the not upgraded room. Breakfast was good and the staff were nice.

Room was really unique but did need a dust and the bathroom was one of the smallest I’ve ever been in

Lovely location and beautiful rooms. Breakfast was great and the staff were helpful. The only negative was a smell that emanated from our shower drain that permeated the bathroom. We managed to contain it to the bathroom but it was not pleasant at all!

Quiet location yet close to one of the main streets, short walk to station, bus terminal, Grand Canal, Rialto and St Mark's. Great restaurants all around. Very nice spacious room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Ideal place to explore Venice.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. When we arrived, we were immediately welcomed. There was no elevator, but the host helped us bring our luggage up to our rooms, which was very kind. The property itself is well kept and beautiful inside. It was very clean and everything worked well inside the room. There was lots of storage. The breakfast was excellent and included hot food. The location is quiet but just steps away from restaurants and shops. It was easy to get to the vaporetto station 5 minutes away. We stayed in 4 different hotels during our trip to Europe and this one was our favourite. Highly recommend!

Jeg er utrolig fornøyd med oppholdet mitt på dette hotellet. Hotellet er veldig vakkert, med en fantastisk atmosfære. Beliggenheten er perfekt, med kort vei til både severdigheter og andre fasiliteter. Sengen var svært komfortabel, personalet helt fantastisk – utrolig hyggelige, imøtekommende og alltid klare til å hjelpe med et smil.
