Buyer beware. We’re Americans and this property doesn’t have a bar. There is no rooftop pool. Br akfast is poor,….. really. And, the Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room or the lobby, so frustrating. By the way, our gid and driver were fabulous!! Do yourself a favor and get a room in Giza.

What's happend? 1) not provided hot water 2) bad room condition (table below too many dust...i think do too many do not cleaning) 3) too many mosquitos 4) in bath room, do not fixed shower hose...and then can't shower 5) old towel condition...

I liked clean quiet safe good stuff

Their pool was not available for use since they were using that area to store elevator parts. The gym wasn’t mentioned that it was an extra cost and not actually part of the Hotel upon check in.

It is convenient and affordable. The staff is helpful and nice.

Nice staff

They refused to accepting my reseevation , they dont know orbitz although i presented my receipt. They asked to pay again. I left the hotel and wentvto somewhere else and i list my orbitz points.

Basic facilities are missing in the Hotel: 1. No Complimentary Water 2. No Electric Kettle 3. No coffee or tea 4. No Steam Iron
