Do NOT stay at this hotel. Took over ten minutes to check in due to no staff available. Cleanliness is a virtue, but don't think it applies here. Breakfast included, but good luck getting someone to bring out fresh eggs when they run out. Prepaid for two days and ended up only needing one day and the staff wouldn't work with me. Realized I wasn't getting a refund, but how about some type of credit? The room was available for them to reserve out again as we were gone. Then that BOGUS $100 fee for potential damages to your room. Won't clear your credit card for 3 to 5 business days? WTH? I am not a picky or difficult person and generally easy to please, but this place was a total downer. Never Again-- hopefully never have to be in Lubbock again anyways, but you never know. Avoid this one.

The bed was hard and was dirty . Check in was ok just normal check in . The hotel elevator i thought was going to break on me it slammed so hard when i got to the 3rd floor . I booked a king room tried since it was just me wanted me to go to a double queen idk why its only me . The hotel is dirty and smells so bad i fwlt so unsafe i had to go buy me a new blanket just so i had somthing to sleep with .

Our hotel room was really dirty. so much that after I took a shower and walked around the room that evening my feet were black. holes in the sheetrock around the shower, mold in the bathtub. a bunch of yelling coming from other rooms. staff was really nice though. just felt really uncomfortable to stay there. I chalk it up to "you get what you pay for" pics are not what they seem online.

Lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful rooms are clean very spacious😁 breakfast was nice and hot and very good lots of choices. Lots of surrounding restaurants to choose from great location all around.

We stayed one night but it was perfect for what we wanted. Clean room and friendly staff.

Check was simple... everyone we came across was very nice.

Check in was okay . Receptionists was very friendly but took a while to get to the counter to check us in, and housekeeping was talking trash about other housekeepers in front of us to the receptionist. Elevator floor was dirty and was a little final destination. Room was very cold but that’s great Texas weather is unforgiving. The room only had one trash can with no liner and there were used water bottles from the previous occupants.

We have stayed here 3 times and the staff are all friendly and welcoming and ready to help. They even remembered us! Every thing is clean. Our mattress was pretty comfortable but could use updating.

Very rude night people as well as fat ass Ruby from day shift not allowing famiky from hours away sit in thr pool area with us since they werent allowed to swim bc they didnt have a room. Looked like blood smeared on the walls outside the elevators and in room phones not working so we had to go downstairs if we needed anything. Breakfast was trash, cereal stale, eggs were in water and salty, biscuits werent cooked fully and swimming area was nasty as far as water damage on ceiling, spa was closed and pool water was COLD. Never again will we stay here

They charged me a $100 deposit which was not mentioned on Expedia website and was told it would be 3-5 businesss days before I got a refund. The side entrance door didn’t work properly the room security latch was broken. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut. The shower curtain rod was loose and coming off wall

Nice room with good amenities, except the bathtub had rust & no stopper to make the tub hold water. So it was a shower only. I did not engage on other amenities outside of the room other than breakfast. The eggs were cold & a little undercooked. I’m a hot tea drinker. The only yea available was decaf.
