Wow!!! This hotel is amazing in many ways! Be sure to check out the onsite tasting room with their own wine brand, restaurant themed to the area and Indigenous people and culture, and so much more!

A resort in the desert with a lake view is simply…fantastic.

Pool and facilities were great but the room was a little disappointing. Our kids slept on the pull out couch which had no pillows or sheets, i called the front desk and was informed there were sheets in the dresser in the master bedroom. So we made the bed ourselves, not that i have an issue with making a bed but i was surprised given the price of the room that this wasn't done for us. Our room was also next to a stairwell which got used late and early and was very loud with the door and peoples steps being heard through the wall. Woke us all up in the morning. Overall very friendly service and a lovely resort.

Beautiful and Tranquil

Perfect getaway for us in the winter!!

For a very nice resort we were fairly disappointed. The check-in was handled poorly as our room was not ready but they said once it was they’d call. We never got a call so we had to go back down to the desk and inquire if our room was ready. It was and had been for a little bit. Then they placed us away from the rest of our group, which wasn’t a major issue but we did ask to be close and they assured us we would be. The adult pool was closed even though it was spring break and the family pool was over-run with unsupervised kids. If the adult pool had been advertised as closed we might have thought of another resort in Osoyoos. The meal we had at the restaurant was ok, nothing spectacular for a “5” star resort but the service was great. Finally, the condition of the rooms and hallways was dated and in need of a serious overhaul. Overall we would likely book somewhere else in Osoyoos had we known all of the above.

Great hotel. The room was immaculate, the kitchen had everything you needed, and the bed was comfortable. Love the robes and the big bathroom. Two thumbs up!

A very comfortable stay and great value for the location and facilities.

Spirit Ridge is so relaxing and soul filling, I highly recommend it if you need a getaway to fill your cup. The year round heated pool, hot tub and steam room make it an awesome getaway!

Our stay at the hotel was great, we were there for the New Years Party, are check-in with Andrea was amazing, it was quick and she gave us great information about the property. A security guard came and said he got a noise complaint but soon realized that it wasn't our room as us girls were a sleep and the 3 guys were just visiting. Beware of a lady with glasses and short hair in the pool area she is very nasty, she lives there and thinks that she owns the place.

Love staying here to enjoy the food, the pool, and the amazing views, whether it’s winter or summer.

I would highly recommend this resort. Beautiful location and rooms were awesome. Very large with all the amenities. Room was clean and comfortable and staff were great. Pool and hot tub also looked great, but we did not use. Plenty of parking options, close to your room.

This is a wonderful spot to stay. Meals are sumptuous and the environment is spectacular. We will definitely go back - this is our third time!

The rooms and grounds we lovely. The pool, hottub and steam room were so nice. The only complaint I have is the lack of clarity of the hours of the gift shop/ cultural center.
