Séjour très décevant pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. Le principal problème concernait la literie : le matelas était complètement creusé, rendant les nuits très inconfortables. J’ai signalé ce problème à deux reprises à la réception. À chaque fois, on m’a assuré que la situation serait prise en charge. Pourtant, en revenant le soir, le réceptionniste m’a indiqué qu’il n’était même pas au courant de ma demande. Au-delà du matelas, c’est surtout le manque de communication et de suivi qui est décevant. J’ai dû relancer à plusieurs reprises, pour finalement n’obtenir aucune solution. Ce niveau de service est loin des standards que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un établissement 5 étoiles. C’est regrettable, car ce type de désagrément aurait pu être résolu facilement avec une meilleure coordination des équipes.

Nice modern hotel in great location 10min walk to the main beach. Nice (if slightly sterile feeling) room with decent AC working well in the heat wave. Pool and outdoor deck area are real highlights of the hotel with an amazing view over the beach and towards the pink granite coast. Service at reception nice and friendly, but pretty hit and miss at the bar and restaurant. Overall a nice stay with the hotel views being a real highlight.

Great stay - I was upgraded and it was a treat. Large lovely room overlooking the bay ( ask for room 81). Dinner was a bit disappointing. Service was inconsistent and the food was only so so for the price. Otherwise I would highly recommend this property! Merci bien.

Absolutely stunning hotel. From arrival to departure the staff were exceptional. Suite with sea view was perfect, comfortable bed, fluffy towels, bottled water, gorgeous toiletries and coffee machine. View of the stars was mesmerising, listening to the waves at night to drift off to sleep was so relaxing. Spa was excellent, clean, tidy, well maintained. The pool, steam and sauna were all brilliant. Outdoor deck had a lovely view, great place to relax after a swim. Iced fruit water was very welcome after the sauna. Restaurant was perfect, from the staff to the quality of the food. Highly recommend this hotel 5 stars

The staff were excellent. Gave us a tour when we checked in, explained all the hotel amenities and were very welcoming.
