Firstly, we pre-checked in online and upon arrival we were asked to fill in the details for the 2nd time! The pillows aren't comfortable at all, the room is too warm, it's just a heater but didn't work as an aircond, we had to open the windows at all times as if we were staying in a lodge (not 4* at all)

Clean room. Well arranged with everything needed. Really bad pillows though. They could berely support the head.

Room is clean & staff are nice! Except the room cleaning staff doesn’t speak English at all, we had to ask for several times for refill some coffee bags. Excellent location walk distance to the train station & many dining options. Facing the hotel, there’s a Chinese super market which has almost everything you need except some fresh fruits.

Very good option for Berlin with the main sights all very accessible. Very good breakfast options!

We loved our stay in the Meliá Berlin, our only small issue when we were there was we could not get internet in our room despite reporting it a few times. We had access to the level so it wasn’t a huge problem.

We stay in Berlin for 7 nights and de hotel's location is excellent, nearby de Frederichstrasse station. There you can go to any place in the city. The room is and the bed is confortable. The breakfast can be a little more variable, but is ok.

Stort og lidt kedeligt hotel. Alt for mange mennesker i morgenmads buffeten. Slidt og kedeligt værelse. Super beliggenhed.

La ubicación es perfecta. Cerca de todas las líneas de transporte. Muy grande y lindo. En nuestro piso había un Holiday poco agradable pero en general excelente opción

Das Hotel ist sehr schön geräumig und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Personal aus arabischer Herkunft ist leider sehr unmotiviert Das ist sehr schade. Solche Leute machen den Aufenthalt nicht schön. Ansonsten alles sehr gut. Vielen Dank!
