We stayed for 6 nights, but the rubbish bin was only emptied once, and the carpet was not vacuumed every day. I had to wait 45 minutes for check-in because the female staff was on break. Then, she talked on the phone all the time while serving me. She insisted that I didn't ask for a double bed in my booking until she realized she was looking at someone else's booking, without saying sorry at all. The male staff were polite and helpful. Right next door, there was an alley to some Asian restaurants and very close to the tram station, sky bus, and shops.
