Merveilleux Bon rapport qualité prix. Chambre propre et confortable et bien équipée. Personnel serviable. Demi-pension excellente et PDJ copieux. Absence de parking puisque dans la rue.

Positives: nice foyer, plenty of swimming pools to choose from, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, sea view from the bedroom Negatives: noisy in the evenings; VERY outdated premises; the bedroom, living room and bathroom, although spacious, were rather sad, with several items in need of an upgrade/repair; I was expecting better based on the website's photos and reviews

This hotel was amazing! The room was spacious, very comfortable bed, nice kitchen area and sitting area. Balcony had table and chairs as well as sun bed. There were plenty of beds available for both pools. Breakfast had lots to offer - but I'd recommend keeping a member of staff on the desk at all times because we had to wait a while to tell them our room number in order to get breakfast. The rooms were cleaned regularly, anything we needed was given quickly. Staff were all helpful and nice. Entertainment every afternoon by the pool and at the bar at night. It is across the road from a small beach and a 10 minute walk to the big beach. The receptionist booked a taxi for us and was very helpfulness. I loved this hotel I would 100000% recommend.

La camera abbastanza vecchia con segni di ruggine addirittura qua e la, vista e colazione ok Affianco all hotel, proprio costeggiato alla mia stanza c'è un cantiere in corso che fa rumore da mattina presto rendendo terribile il soggiorno ad oggi 18/05/2026 sconsiglio vivamente se si cerca relax

Chambre propre mais a besoin d'être rafraîchi. Le personnel est au top. Le buffet est tres bien. La piscine petite piscine n'est pas chauffée et la grande pas assez. Nous n'avons pas pu en profiter.

The room was tidy and clean. The kitchen could have done with some cleaning products such a sponge or dish soap. Even disposable. The pool was in good condition, however the water was still rather cold, given the time of year

Great location rooms bit dated however we were placed in block 10 and to the side of that is major construction which isn't so much noisy by the dust is evident on windows balcony etc Otherwise would have been a more pleasant stay

The apartment was clean and was serviced every 2 days. All the staff i interacted with were helpful, professional, and accommodating. The pools are clean and large enough to not feel cramped when several others are swimming. There is one pool that is heated, and there are lifeguards who are clearly attentive. The pool bar staff could not be better. Playa Jabillo is right across the street and is a wonderful option where the water is usually clear and calm. There are plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from, and the promenade/boardwalk is right beside the property and is plenty long for an evening stroll or morning run.

Great location. Would be good for families as they have two pools, one of which the kids would love.

Stayed in room 303 1 bed apartment with sea view. View was amazing. Only downside was there was no lift in that block so was hard going up about 40 stairs with heavy luggage . We did request help on checkout which made life much easier

There was a fantastic view of the bay and sandy beaches from the dining room.The hotel is very central but quiet and the food was very tasty with plenty of variety.The pool areas and planted areas are well maintained and attractive.I would stay here again.

No beach view from our block 8, nice big rooms but a little TLC needed throughout. Comfy beds, kitchen had what was needed, breakfast was excellent as were the staff. Regular change of towels & housekeeping.

At this hotel the staff are polite,friendly and helpful it's located in an ideal position with lots of amenities in the area. Some of the rooms have been refurbished,they are spacious clean and have basic cooking facilities. There are 2 pools and plenty of sunbeds there is a very relaxed feel about this hotel

Het personeel was correct maar niet super vriendelijk aan de receptie. Het appartment was ruim, licht en goed schoon. Bij aankomst op het vliegveld gebeld voor shuttle transfer maar dat was er niet. Ik had voor verstrek via Expedia een bericht naar de accomodatie gestuurd maar dat hadden ze ook niet ontvangen. We moesten dus voor de transfers van en naar het vliegveld zelf een taxi regelen en deze acco uitgezocht omdat er een shuttle airport service zou zijn

We had a very spacious one bedroom apartment with a partial sea view (room 371). The room was a little dated but that didn’t bother us. The beds were very comfortable and the facilities in the room were great. Breakfast in the restaurant was also very good. We would stay here again.

Fint og barnevennlig hotell. Veldig hjelpsomme og hyggelig personale! Fint bassengområde med flere oppvarmede basseng. Barnebassenget med sklie kunne gjerne også ha vært oppvarmet, da dette er det som passer for de undrer 2 år. Helt ok utstyrt kjøkken til å kunne lage seg frokost/lunsj/kveldsmat. Rett ved en nydelig strand, tett på flere restauranter og butikker. Litt slitne fasader mot havet, men ellers fint.

Great staff, a special mention to Alberta the chef nd his team. Excellent homemade food. Great staff Very clean everywhere. All round great stay
