Will not be back again. Noisey too much walking

While it is an older hotel, the hotel was clean - room was a great size, breakfast provided was good and the staff were so helpful and kind - even booked taxis and shuttles for me travelling to meeting destinations.

Restaurant was not open on Monday. Would have been good to know this before making a choice of where to stay.

Loved this hotel. Nice location close to seafront, well maintained rooms, comfortable and very clean.

Disappointing Experience I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel was extremely overpriced considering its condition. The room was dirty, very old, and showed clear signs of water damage in the walls The flooring was also damaged, which added to the overall neglected feel of the place. It’s obvious that the hotel is not well-maintained, and the lack of care is reflected throughout the property. Given the high price, I expected much better. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had the two bedroom with kitchen unit. It was clean. Only downfalls were that the windows were small, so little light/view from the room. Bathroom only had a small shower, so the space is tight. And it was a bit dated. Otherwise, the living space and rooms were spacious. And the kitchen was very convenient to have.

As expected

It was very accessible to everything Loved the location. The staff were super. It was very clean but quite dated. Lots of stains on the carpet and the sink plug didnt work. Overall, we loved staying there.

Staff was very helpful and efficient. Room was comfortable and quiet.

Was hoping for the restaurant to be open, but was closed on Monday's

They have a big restaurant in arcade that is open to the public and then there is a double door that’s open and all it has is a note that says only hotel guests beyond this point this door is not to the lobby. It is right to the first floor and my room was four doors away Anyone from the public ignoring the sign could walk right in this door should be a key door for sure.

Excellent staff

The place was clean, and staff was nice. But for us, having no control on the temperature nor having a window in the room, made it uncomfortable. Also, i am used to sleeping with noise, but the fridge made a terrible sound that kept us up at night. We did let them know about all the issues, and nothing was really done. Someone apparently came to check the fridge and said nothing could be done. And i requested on day one of our 3 days booked to a possible change of room and they wouldnt accompdate us. We wont return.

The room was clean and the area was close to shopping

The staff were great and the breakfast was acceptable for the price. The beds were clean and nice and the bathroom surfaces were nice and clean. The furniture however was stained and chipped and peeled. Ok for the price. The area is not the nicest but we were just sleeping and heading off early the next morning so it was ok for that.
