Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen. Es gibt nur einen kleinen Punkt der mich im Hotel gestört hat und zwar im Badezimmer konnte man keinen Föhn anschließen. Ansonsten waren wir mit dem Hotel zufrieden.

The hotel is great for families; some parts of it do need an upgrade, but that will not impact your stay there. Pool big and clean, busy in the late afternoon, but if you go after breakfast you can really enjoy it. Food was also great, something for anybody`s taste. Location of the hotel is across the beach and few minutes walk from streets full of small shops and variety of restaurants.

Upon arrival we were upgraded to a sea view room without asking. The room was very spacious with a huge sun terrace, a main room with queen size bed and lounge and a second bedroom with a king size bed and second bathroom. The showers were outstanding powerful and easily adjusted (still miss my shower now) We had bed and breakfast at breakfast there was plenty to choose all being freshly cooked in front of you, with a large selection of fruit and pastries also. Not many good places in the local are to eat to be honest but getting a taxi was literally instantaneous and was very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again

The stay was good overall. The location of the hotel is very near to the sea. The ambience was good at the entrance. The restaurants where good with variety of food options. Breakfast was amazing keeping happy whole family. We booked a sea facing hotel room for family of 3 adults and one child but seems we were given 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed. The mattress quality was awful for sofa bed and one of the single bed. Bathroom was meant for couple I mean no lock to the door and the door was not closing properly. There was leak in toilet which kept the floor wet most of the time. Also the towels and tea coffee were provided according to 2 people, had to ask multiple times for an extra cups and towels. Rooms were equipped with hair dryer iron and iron board. It also had safe locker.

Fantastic family hotel, friendly staff. Made my granddaughters birthday extra special. Food was amazing, lovely in door pool, spacious family room. Great location Will be returning

It was a pleasant hotel, we received an upgrade to room with a sea view because family member was "gold" Hilton honours member. Sadly room did not have sofa or table/chairs, so while the room was large it looked very empty. Breakfast, was good and we could take a little bit of breakfast out for our child who did not want to come down for breakfast. It was a reasonable hotel and staff were very pleasant.

Gute Lage für Touristen, viele Shops in der Nähe, Bus Terminal direkt eine Ecke weiter, Essen mit Meerblick, kleine aber feine Auswahl an Essen (auch Optionen für Veganer, da gekennzeichnet), Zimmer haben eine anständige Größe, gutes gym mit hochwertigen Equipment, nette Mitarbeiter.

Tolles Hotel mit super Essen zu einem fairen Preis. Sehr guter Service an der Rezeption.. Nur auf unsere Bademäntel warten wir immer noch. Würden jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren.

Bonne nourriture très variée. Le restaurant est un endroit horriblement bruyant. Notre chambre était située en dessous d'une salle de réunion bruyante des 8 heures du matin. Double fenêtre coulissante en mauvais état et peu étanche. Très grande chambre totalement sous équipée en meubles de rangement. Idem pour la salle de bain sans meuble de rangement et étroite. Fort étonnant pour une chambre de luxe. Le personnel est sympa et fait de son mieux.

It was a great stay with lots of joy to celebrate xmas there. We were upgraded for free to the top floor with a stunning sea view. Thanks a lot for finding the solution quickly and smoothly.

The front desk staff was very friendly and we appreciate how our room was always clean every day. The selection of food was outstanding but needs some additional spice.

The staff were extremely helpful especially Jannat, Aarti and Rabi. The rooms and facilities great too. We stayed there for a week and after 3 dayswe all felt that the buffet was extremely dull, and the food is repetitive and boring. The quality of the food is great but the food is very bland. Having more themed days, more variety: Asian food, middle Eastern, Nepali, basically more international foods with spices. It's such a shame that you are not catering for the international guests at the hotel. The Ombre restaurant is better, but again the menu lacks variety and spice. Also the Christmas music is very limited only 4/5 songs played continuously in the restaurant.

Very hot in the room in the first night. No solution provided when complained. They had issues with the heating system across the hotel. However, issue seem to have been resolved on the second day. Great Breakfast
