Bed was comfortable. Room was ok but it’s all a little tired and ‘beige’

Excellent location if you are going to the event at the arena. Right above the Westfield with direct access to train station. The members assisted our check in and check out were helpful and friendly! Room was tidy however if a deep clean on carpet and bathtub can be done will be super great. The room size was good as well when compare with other hotels in Paris. Overall it was a nice experience and we will stay there again in the future.

Chambre très bien sauf un lit sur les deux qui grince en s'asseyant, des toiles d'araignée, un sèche-cheveux complément fondu et cassé. Odeur dégoût dans les couloirs.

Chambre double deluxe, malheureuse je n’ai pas vu la différence avec un chambre deluxe. Sinon très bon accueil et propre.

Great room service and the continental breakfast was great. Would highly recommend as it is in a prime location. Overall, we had a great stay at Hotel Hilton Paris La Defense.

Suite réservée pour 4 personnes. La chambre est conforme mais le canapé-lit n’est pas installé, nous demandons à l’accueil de le préparer mais on nous répond que nous aurions du demander en journée (alors que nous n’avons récupéré la chambre qu’à 20h…). Un service pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 4 étoiles…

Tudo perfeito, certamente voltaremos! Além da qualidade do hotel, sua localização em cima de uma estação do metrô (e RER) e de um enorme shopping center, com acesso por escada rolante, é uma comodidade a mais.

O hotel é ótimo. O problema maior: fica dentro de um centro comercial. O acesso acesso ao hotel após as 23h é confuso e por dentro de uma única porta do centro comercial. A vista do quarto é pra dentro de um shopping. Não há luz do sol. Meu quarto não teve arrumação nenhum dia. Apenas troca de toalhas, por que eu pedia para a funcionaria no corredor. O horário da arrumação era no final da tarde, quando eu voltava pra descansar ao quarto. Logo, somente trocava as toalhas. Adorei ficar no la Defense, seguro, limpo, bonito...Movimentado.

Clean room, very friendly and multilingual staff. The room was very spacious, very clean with bathrobes, slippers and towels provided. Excellent location for La defense arena with shops and eateries surrounding. We also had breakfast which included continental and hot breakfast options; very tasty and again very friendly staff. My only small issue was that our room was not ready, despite being able to check in from 2pm, when we arrived at 4pm we had to wait nearly 30 minutes in the lobby waiting for our room to be ready but this would not stop me from booking this hotel again.

I liked the hotel overall and the surrounding area even though it was far from sightseeing. The breakfast area was very nice with lots of options and very friendly and helpful staff. The AC did not seem to work properly throughout my stay which is not good during a heatwave which was the case during my stay. But the staff put fan in the room which helped. Housekeeping though did not typically replace things that ended like tissues or body wash and that too was not good at all. I like the Hilton brand but this one has some catching up to do. If I go during winter I will consider staying here depending on price.

We chose this hotel due to the proximity of transport links and parking facilities. There is a choice of the metro or the RER so access to visit the sights is quick and straightforward. Parking was a little difficult to find as we turned up in the evening the car park entrance was closed. Through contact with the hotel via the Hilton app, they said to use the exit. For anyone travelling at night to the hotel with their car, the exit is literally the next gap which you enter and then on the right you can access the entrance - note do not go up the ramp of the exit! It would be helpful to have information about late night access to the car park on the Hilton website. Check in was simple and the rooms were spacious and clean with plenty of floor space for a family of four. Showers were fab! For a business hotel that gives good transport links can recommend for short stays. Food in hotel was lovely but expensive as to be expected in hotels but beneath the hotel there is a selection of restaurants and a carrefour market.
