Very accessible to terminal

We were upgraded to the new glass section which was lovely. When we got to the room there was a leak in the bathroom. We went for a meal and by the time we got back the issues had been addressed. The staff were amazing, as the water had to be turned off to let the work dry we were reissued another room and the staff moved our luggage etc for us. An issue promptly and efficiently dealt with. Thank you

Really good hotel for south terminal overnight if leaving from there

My stay was exceptional and lovely. The stuff were nice and very helpful.

Overall an okay stay

Check in was slow. Food was good but overpriced (not obvious that there was a surcharge!). No hot water in the morning. However a partial refund was given

Great location. Comfy beds

On the morning of our departure there was no hot water at all, so we had to leave for our early morning flight having had cold showers. Not a great start to the day. This was at 5.30am so no time to talk to staff to deal with the issue.

Amazing location for Gatwick South Terminal, clean , comfortable and friendly service.

The hotel was comfortable enough for a stay before an early flight from Gatwick's South Terminal. Lots of people were checking in when I arrived, but check-in was still quick. Rooms were comfortable and clean enough. I liked the fact that food was available via room service all night, as I arrived at the hotel late. However, I ordered a pizza, and it was quite cold when it arrived. Hotel is linked to the airport, so that is really convenient. A good overall stay.
