This was our 2nd time at Whiteface lodge, and it was a great getaway. Plenty to do on the property even during the off season and very close to town for other activities and attractions.

this hotel is amazing . clean, staff is friendly, great heated pool, ice cream parlor, fitness center, many outdoor activities. the rooms were clean, spacious, hetaed bathroom floor.

Exactly what we needed from a weekend away with out the kids. Staff is wonderful and very friendly. The grounds and property are beautiful.

Restaurant staff were rude. Pool didn’t work and sauna was down which was the reason we chose this location for ski trip and no discount was offered for the inconvenience.

The Whiteface Lodge is amazing!

Whiteface lodge was amazing to stay at! There was a lot to do in the property and we enjoyed our time there. The breakfast buffet was also good, along with nice touches for the movie time & popcorn, game room had a lot of games as well as outdoor game options. There’s a lot to do if you don’t leave the property for a short stay - especially the hot tub - so amazing!

Our stay at the White Face Lodge as very relax. We found the staff to be very pleasant the rooms were clean grounds were an excellent condition. However, if you're a person that has a big appetite eating at the, Kanu you might want to order 2 dinners.
