VERY GOOD STAFF

Struttura datata ma con ottima manutenzione. Ristorazione internazionale varia. Servizi accurati. Pulizia impeccabile. Punto mare ancora in buone condizioni. Ampia spiaggia di sabbia. Premium all inclusive che include veramente tutto:qualsiasi bevanda, la lavanderia, i molteplici ristoranti a la cart, la SPA, gli sport acquatici.... Abbiamo avuto necessità di un medico per una medicazione ed è stato prontamente reperito, così come una sedia a rotelle in prestito per qualche giorno senza costi aggiuntivi.

Cleanliness, friendly and professional staff, great customer service, I would give our experience a 10/10 if it wasn’t for an unpleasant check-out experience, which reduces it to 9/10

Defs a adults only resort, if youre looking for late nights dancing and drinking this is the spot. Buffet is huge and pretty good. Several pools and the hotel itself is pretty. Only stayed one night, but only complaint is you only get 2 bottles and then you gotta pay? Its supposedly all inclusive...

The pool and beach area are lovely. The reef also was nice and accessible from pier. The rooms were a good size and reasonably priced. The rooms could use some updating in decor, lighting, and modern conveniences, like bedside outlets. The breakfast buffet was great, large selection, solicitous staff, especially the Assistant Manager. We were not full board so for dinner we tried two of the a la carte restaurants. The Indian restaurant had tasty food, good service, good prices. The Egyptian restaurant had decent food, but not great service. None of the restaurants or pool/ beach service had a wine selection. It was red or white, and the white was sometimes served with ice. Beer was good. Two annoyances were that we sometimes couldn’t charge food or drinks to the room, no idea why. Also, while at the beach and pool, we were frequently approached by employees to schedule spa services, and occasionally by peddlers on the beach. Overall, though, a very nice stay.

Stayed in the hotel previously in 2019 and it was excellent. This time it was not at all good. The positive things are the excellent animation team and the friendly staff. The managers were kean on listening to my complaints and offered late check out. What I didn't like was. 1. At the check i was told that my 15 years old son should be counted as an adult despite his age is considered a child on expedia and i had to wait untill they checked with one of the managers, then i was given a room with 2 single beds although my reservation is for a room with a double bed and 2 single beds however the room was then changed again after checking with their manager. 2. The open buffet is very limited but what's worse is after the first meal both me and my son had diarrhoea and i spent the whole night looking after my son who was vomiting all night. 3. It was shocking to find flees and ants in the room. Overall I was really disappointed and felt sorry that such a big hotel is falling short on these basic things.

Personal war sehr aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel an und für sich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem die Nasszelle. Das Essen war etwas eintönig (aber man fand immer etwas). Gegenüber vor drei Jahren haben die Leistungen sehr abgenommen.

Beautiful property with friendly staff. It was very well maintained and has all the amenities you could need. Had a great stay!

Bel posto ma pessimo servizio ...mai vista una cosa simile.Specialmente i ristoranti ad eccezione del ragazzo che lavora al Ristorante italiano che e’ sempre Stato gentile...l’ unico!

Na recepci byli malinko arogantní, na check in s malým dítětem brzo ráno jsme čekali v recepci vice než hodinu. Cistota pokoje byla slabá, pokud jsme něco potrebovali zadali jsme 3x i vícekrát, napr. Antialergicke polstare, koupaci pláště nam za celou dobu pobytu nedodali . Poslední 2 dny jsme nedostali do minibaru dodavku, byli jsme na all inclusive programu , kuchyně výtečná, hygiena jidelny výtečná, obsluhujici personál vynikající.
