Such a great hotel! Breakfast is amazing! Room great, beds really comfortable. Staff so helpful and kind. Pool is not huge, but being on the roof there is really no shade and limited sun loungers. We only used the pool once, but the beach is a 2 min walk & so nice! Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel!!

Unsere Zimmer im EG entsprach nicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Die Eingangstür schließt nicht richtig. Ein Spalt zwischen Zarge und Türblatt vorhanden. Im Zimmer findet man beschädigte Tapeten und verschmutzte Wände. Im Bad blickt man auf eine Bohrung in den Wandfliesen und auf beschädigte Tür. Die Duschtür erfüllt zwar ihre Funktion, ist aber in die Jahre gekommen und an mehreren Stellen verrostet. Positiv ist zu erwähnen, dass nach einer Reklamation, umgehend der Schaden behoben wurde. Zwei defekte Nachtischlampen wurden komplett ausgetauscht. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Angebot war grundsätzlich gut, das Personal sehr freundlich, das Frühstück abwechslungsreich. Die Lage war auch sehr gut. Leider haben die Bäder, insbesondere der Duschbereich einen Renovierungsstau. Ein absolutes No Go für ein 4 Sterne Hotel war der völlig vergilbte und fleckige WC- Sitz. Auf unsere Beschwerde hin wurde er allerdings sofort ausgetauscht. Waschbecken und Dusche waren leider auch nicht wirklich sauber. Am Pool wären ein paar Schattenplätze wünschenswert.

Sehr gute Lage in Strandnähe. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. das Frühstücksbuffet war ok, allerdings ist der Frühstücksraum etwas klein und daher oft überfüllt.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful, and rooms were clean and well-equipped. The only negative was that housekeeping didn't clean or replace a couple of coffee mugs that we had used. Otherwise all good.

Family room for 4 people was comfortable, beds were good.

Not a 4 star hotel more like a 3 star, bed and pillows very uncomfortable, poor air conditioning, charges for extra like €3 for washing beach towels during stay.

The aircondition did not work when we arrived, could not be fixed before next morning, when "fixed" the temperature was still more than 25 degrees, and smelled. We tried to change room, but the staff did tell us that all rooms had the same temperature and that it would not help to change. This means that the temparature will not be below 25 degrees in any rooms in this hotel

We stayed here for one night and loved the convenient location—just across the street from the beach, with lots to do nearby. The rooftop pools were a nice bonus, though the ongoing construction next door was quite disruptive at times.
