The room was a great conversion to the original jail cells, and was very comfortable, with everything we could need for our stay.

Good to be greeted on arrival to valet park the car. Check in was simple we arrived early so room not ready but when we came back all bags in the room. Had an upgrade so got a roll top bath which we didn’t use 😂 Bed is comfortable hotel is warm fresh looking and stylish with good quality furniture. Bar service was very good with knowledgeable bar tenders who were friendly. Not really much atmosphere in there for a Saturday night but I guess people are out on the town although we arrived back about 11.00pm it was fairly quiet in the bar. All staff very helpful and polite. Only criticism is the breakfast. Only one coffee machine so ques for a coffee is not great. Only juice option was Apple which is poor in today’s game. I had a cooked breakfast and quality of bacon was poor and over cooked, sausage was average and beans were luke warm however scrambled eggs were lovely. Others had eggs Benedict and French toast and all said they really enjoyed theirs. Overall yes it’s expensive for a nights stay but a quirky hotel with massive character. Would I go back? Probably not now I’ve been I’d try somewhere else but well worth going if you’ve never been.

We stayed in a cell room and it was excellent. Service was great and the breakfast experience was really good. Expensive but worth it for a special occasion.

Booked car parking in advance but no record on arrival. Replied to email regarding possibility of upgrading room in advance of arrival, this was not mentioned on check-in. Room was clean although very dark, poor lighting

Great room and overall ambience. Central location and friendly parking attendant. The receptionist was quite surly both at check in and check out: could do with some time a charm school.

We had the best time, greeted by a lovely gentleman who parked our car for us, check in easy with a friendly member of staff. We stayed in a standard cell room which was clean and adequate, bed was lovely and comfy. We had dinner at the slug & lettuce which was on the hotel grounds. Breakfast was amazing , hubby said it was the best he had had 😄 will definitely come again. Fyi.. congestion charge came in last week £5 per day

We loved staying one night in Malmasion. The rooms are super updated with all conveniences. We loved the area it is located in and the decorating is interesting and beautiful. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Room was cool as was original cell. Bar was good. Nice hotel, good location. Used pear tree park and ride, dropped right outside hotel and really cheap

We found the bartenders to be a bit rude.

Staff were exceptional, parking was safe and secure
