I found a spider in my bed the first night, and the front Desk agent didn’t even pay attention to me.

Super hotel, nice location

This property was beautiful and the area was beautiful. We would definitely come back. We loved the view from our room. I would rate the property as a 5 star. The only things I would say that differs from most 5 stars we have stayed is your luggage being taken to your room for you. Really small detail but is a above and beyond service you expect from 5 star

Veldig fint hotell. Stort fint rom, deilig bassenområde, fantastisk frokost, nydelig mat på den asiatiske restaurant. Vi kommer absolutt til å reise tilbake hit.

We had a super time at the hotel. Nice hotel with good restaurants, lovely pools outside, good service, If something - the beds was a bit hard mattresses. We will be back . We really recommend this hotel. Be sure to have a dinner at restaurant L’oletta - best food and service ever.

The property was great and enjoyed the spa. Has lovely views. It’s out of town not near shops and around 55 minutes to walk into the town of Altea.

Veldig fint sted. Stille og rolig, men god frokost flotte rom. Litt langt unna Altea, så fordel med bil.

A nice hotel maybe not the greatest location as it's located at the far end of Altea. Taxis took on average 20 to 30 minutes wait time's to and from the old city. Hotel staff was friendly. Pool area was nice except the 3 days of filming with drones flying over you and the film crew were annoying. Buffet for breakfast and dinner had a nice selection.

The stay was really good, super nice hotel, the bar are is lovely and the spa is probably on of the best in Costa Blanca. The only thing I would say was the standard double room, it was a bit dated, but still very clean and comfortable.

Beautiful hotel , pool and gardens are spectacular…. Food excellent , Bedroom very comfortable and well appointed. Only small criticism, lack of staff in bar , and in restaurant, very disorganised…. But this didn’t spoil our enjoyment.

Return visit lovely hotel. Staff very pleasant and helpful . Breakfast amazing

Really really nice. A shame that the outdoor pools was to cold to be in.

We have stayed in this hotel 5 times so obviously enjoy the facilities abd location. However this time checkout was very slow and I was in line for 20 minutes. I had to eventually ask a member of staff standing in the background to check me out, not good customer service. Express checkout or better training of staff would help.

Todo genial. Personal e instalaciones sobresalientes. Tal vez mejoraria el gimnasio para que esté a la altura del resto de servicios.
