Food quality was well below expectations, and we were charged more than we were told. Instead of resolving it, staff argued and made us feel at fault. The setting is gorgeous, but the way problems are handled completely ruins the experience.

Beautiful resort, smaller and more peaceful than others. A lot of attention to detail including espresso machines in the rooms, tours of the property and personalized meet and greet. Restaurant menus come with lights. Really high speed internet. Close to some of the best surf spots in Fiji, and a lot of other activities. Food was delicious. Would stay again. Amazing staff.

We travelled with our daughters aged 10 and 12. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Malolo. The food options were fantastic and the whole vibe of the resort was perfect. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We would love to stay again.

Staff was excellent and, like at most Fijian resorts, very friendly. We visit Fiji for the snorkeling and ocean. Your resort seemed to have to few available boats to support snorkeling trips.

Stunning magical place to celebrate my partners 40th birthday! Snorkelling off the beach, crystal Clearwater! We loved our stay here and the staff had a massive part in this, could not do enough for you and so friendly. Food is amazing too, bbq buffet was my favourite but over all it’s all good. Had a beach front bungalow which was a good size and perfect spot. Sunsets cocktails unreal! Recommend doing the meal plan as it’s not cheap, shame there was no drinks package as we would have done this too. Thanks to all at the resort for a great stay, also our 3 yr old bit loved it too, kids club is great.

This resort is phenomenal!! Rooms are spacious and spotless, all with amazing sea views. The resort facilities and grounds were all well maintained and we loved the pools. Snorkelling off the beach was great (colourful coral, huge amount & variety of fish, & we even saw a stingray). The staff were nothing short of amazing, very welcoming and so great with our three year old. Our daughter has a severe egg allergy and the kitchen and dining staff went above and beyond to make sure she was well catered for, they even make her a special cake. Thank you so much Malolo for making our trip stress free and so magical.

Malolo Island Resort is a beautiful resort. The rooms are extremely well appointed and staff are exceptional. The snorkeling out front is OK, by the nearby spots - at extra cost- are amazing. The food was good - more choices would be an improvement.

Nice place for family with kids

Our group of 5 adults and 3 young kids stayed for a family holiday at Malolo and everyone just had the best time. The staff are amazing and really do make you feel at home. The location is absolutely stunning with plenty of fish just at your doorstep to snorkel with. It’s also quite accessible to Cloudbreak and other surf spots. Food was delicious from all the restaurants they had but our favourite was having dinner in the sand at the beach bar overlooking the sunset. Definitely recommend giving this resort a try if you like a quiet and chilled out holiday.

Staff were absolutely gorgeous. Our Daughter got married and they gave her a fairytale wedding. Thankyou I would recommend highly.

Some of the best service we have ever experienced, been all over the world, and the staff here were second to none. Resort is a bit tired but they are working on it. Its a jungle, nature will have its way with wood. This island resort, is just that. There is nowhere to go, without a water taxi or ferry, you are at their mercy for all things. No shops on the island. They permit duty free, but otherwise

Was just amazing. Wonderful resort, very friendly and helpful staff. All restaurants have fine food.

Just wow. Kids club activities were great, with very caring nanies: pool games, coconut boat making, even banana ride (at some extra cost). Adult activities were also awesome with fijian dance, kava ceremony at evening.. but also guided kayaks with no extra charge during the day. We took a few excursions.. island hopping was superb, village tour was ok and not great. Snorkeling just from the coast was just awesome with corals, loads of fish, and even blacktip reef sharks during sunset. Overall, you feel the great fijian culture in Malolo, i would highly recommend this place for families.
