Bed bug, and room was nasty floor was sticky

Hardest bed I've stayed in in probably 18 years of touring with musicians. Neither of us got much sleep and we finally gave up and watched movies on our phones all night. Shower was dirty, floors were dirty ( from the lobby, to the ELEVATOR (yiiiikes) to our room. Breakfast was nice enough and the woman running it was lovely. Im just very disappointed to have paid more than $100 for a hotel that should have been like $30, if we're being honest. Seems the cleaning staff is very overwhelmed.

The pool was open when I got there, but closed the third day of my four day stay. I did plan to have the grandbaby over to swim so that sucked but it was for a leak above (good reason). Otherwise, I thought this was a good stay. Staff were super nice and helpful and welcoming. They serve actual hot breakfast plus grab n go. I didn’t see anyone other than when walking my dog, so I appreciated the privacy and placement of my room.

Great place

It was a good hotel for a third world nation. Poorest breakfast I have ever seen. In the middle of remodeling so it was not clean. Coffee was very good. Employees very friendly. They need to raise their standards.

The stay was good. Floors and walls are a bit thin. Can hear everyone walking around. The bathroom lighting wasn’t very good. Not enough light in the shower. The room has LVP and like every other hotel no cleans the floors very well. Depending on cost I would still stay here.

Check in was great! Property was dirty and everyone around was smoking pot which stinks. Very rundown facility but appears the room was recently upgraded. Except mattress sucked. Will not stay again

I was supposed to be in 2 queen suite tyer were it queen beds they were full so that was false advertising and I paid extra for that room also the beds are so hard I complained and someone was supposed toreach out to me never did the tub and shower was dirty and the light in bathroom didn't work half the time also the faucet in bathroom didn't work barely they also took $50 out of my account and never told me it mentioned it to me never signed anything for deposit overall very bad management

The staff were super nice and helpful. The only downside was the pool not being as heated, and maybe possibly add a hot tub? Also, the bathroom needs to be throughly cleaned or change the surrounding and fill the cracks. Overall, the suite was nice and not like perfect but good!

Pro: Property was easy to find, staff were courteous. Con: Accessible room was supposed to have shower head with hose, but there was no hose attachment.
