The staff at the Homewood Suites on Syscon Rd were wonderful, from the front desk, hospitality, and housekeeping. The hotel was always spotless. Many of the hotels breakfast offerings changed daily, and there were many daily staples. The pool was warm & had good hours, gym was clean and open 24/7. The hotel was spotless, and cared for. The Wednesday evening reception was good.

This was the best hotel that me and my husband have stayed in. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The TV system has the best cable program that we have encountered. Most hotels that we have stayed in lack in a good cable system, at least with this hotel, the menu shows what is playing and what is coming up next. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be coming back!!

Had a great experience. Room was clean and well maintained. The only glitch… housekeeping did not clean our room one day but honestly we used our towels again and it was fine. Had a great stay.

Everything was great, however, you could tell the floors hadn’t been swept/vaccumed. They have little runners beside the bed and as I stepped there to plug my phone in, I stepped on something and it was either a thick toe nail or finger nail, and it was absolutely disgusting. My husband picked it up with a Kleenex and reported it to the front desk. They did offer to have someone come up and clean the floors but we had just returned to our room and didn’t want to leave again, we have young children. There was also a bottle lid and a tooth brush on the floor under the bathroom sink. It would have been great to be offered a discount considering the circumstances. Overall the experience was pleasant.

My stay was a nightmare because there were children running and shouting in the corridors until 1 a.m.

I thought everything was excellent. My one suggestion is that 8:30AM on a Saturday was too early for housekeeping to be knocking. We'd had a long day of travelling and a funeral the day before and wanted to sleep in a bit, and it woke us up.

Hotel was as expected. It was just fine. I booked through a hotels.com I’ve always had a great room doing that but this time they put me on the main floor where there have been pets and I have allergies to pets. They didn’t seem to care they would not put me up to another floor. Unfortunately, we love the hotel. It will probably not return after the way we treated !! We go there every year, but I was just very disappointed this last year

Great stay but we were originally sent to a room that was not yet made up when we checked in. Good breakfast variety.

We got a suite with two double beds and a pull out sofa. There was an apartment sized fridge, built in two burns, a dishwasher! Coffee, dishes, and a table in the kitchen which I was able to get up and do some work before everyone else got up. The bedding for the sofa was up in the bedroom closet. My mom loved the large "tub" sized shower and water pressure. There was lots of plug outlets by the bed for an CPAP machine and devices to charge. The breakfast area was clean and inviting. Decorated lovely. Lots of choices for breakfast. cereals, scrambled eggs, flat sausage rounds, wieners, two types of small tortillas plus all the trimmings including guacamole. Fresh bananas and peeled, boiled eggs. Coffee and juices. Lots of choice. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The vinyl floor is really nice for allergy reasons. I hate carpet.
