Excelente a estrutura, café da manhã e equipe de recepção.

Abbiamo dormito comodamente, bagno privato, colazione abbondante. Parcheggio privato dentro dell installazione.

O quarto é limpo e grande, toalha branca e muito limpas, sugiro não comer no restaurante do hotel, achei péssimo, como estávamos viajando de carro chegamos tarde e fomos jantar, foi um fiasco, da para comer na cidade. O hotel é 40 minutos de Florença mas a cidade é boa, se tiver carro tudo bem. Não paga estacionamento. O café da manhã é bom mas não é diversificado, mas é bom.

Great place, we paid for breakfasts, really good food breakfast, we have great time.

Hotel was easy to find using GPS. The parking was very convenient! The front information table at the side of the entrance was very neglected. It needed dusting and cleaning badly. Our guest room smelled of smoke.(a smoker's room) In fact, the next night when I pulled out my pjs, I could smell smoke residue. (We do not smoke). Also, the room floor had not been swept and the nightstands had to be washed. I wanted to inform the staff the next morning and she said they have nothing to do Expedia reservations. In fact, I couldn't get a receipt from the front desk person as I checked out. I used Expedia for all of my other hotel reservations and I received a receipt from all except for this hotel. Greatly disappointed. I would not stay here again. Upon checking in, the staff rep. said dinner was to be served at 7:30. We returned to the lobby to find out that there is no dinner on weekends for guests. Staff also told us we could find a bank close by. After driving around to find a bank for some time, we found an ATM. however, it stated that it could not service my request. We did find the "Edone" restaurant. Dinner was the highlight of our stay in Prato. Staff should have a list of reccommended places to offer guests.

It was great except the cleaning lady came in while I was asleep and in the shower. A do not disturb sign would be helpful to have.

Bed van bedenkelijk kwaliteit. Slecht geslapen. Ontbijt ondermaats voor een 4 sterren hotel.weinig keuze, onvoldoende aangevuld. Vuile tafels.

Appart hôtel propre, buffet au top, environnement agréable, parking souterrain surveillé, il manquait une cuisine équipée étant donné que c’est un sport hôtel c’est dommage car il y avait largement de la place pour en installer une.

The property in my opinion is a little tired and need updating.. We also had to change our 3 times as had a smell of smoking ..best thing was the bed was very comfortable and room spacious..was ok fir 1 nt
