The toilet was plugged when I arrived. They got it unplugged right away. Went to take a shower in the morning and there's no water coming out of the tub faucet or shower head. Had to clean up at the sink. Also, the room wasn't very clean.

The room was clean. Although there was a problem with the mattress. I was as if a person weighting 500 lbs. had slept on it for an extended period of time compressing that side of the mattress. This side compression made it feel like you were sleeping on a side hill

The front desk gentleman was very nice! He was able to let us use our dicount from the hospital for a procedure i was having after it had already been pd for! Very accomadating and customer friendly!

Diner close next door

There is a diner right next to hotel.

The property was convenient to visit many locations in North Platte. We enjoyed the area and our stay was pleasant there.

I loved the location. Great for a pit stop on a longer trip. Easy to get to and from the interstate.

Good place to stay

Deserves a lot better the 3.3 the reviews reflect. Guaranteed its a lot better kept tham a majority of the reviewers homes.

After 2 sub par nights in other properties, this was a fantastic treat.

I am happy with the hotel especially of the price I thought it might have been run down pleasantly surprised the employees were friendly and helpful room clean bathroom clean the only problem was the mattress needs to be replaced otherwise everything else was great

Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms. Easy access to freeway, love that cracker barrel is close.

Room I was provided was not cleaned from previous occupant. I should have requested new room, but I did not, so that’s on me. Upon request, staff immediately provided me with set of fresh towels. Over all, nice hotel, good value for the low price I paid for the room.

It wasn't clean

The bathroom fan was loud, and the heater was loud when running.
