Great place to stay overnight near Como while travelling from northwest Europe to central Italy. The private garage under the room is an excellent facility that offers more security and peace of mind when your car is packed for a holiday. The hotel accepts dogs, which is a must for us, and the additional cleaning fee (5 Euros for small dogs, 10 Euros for large dogs) is very reasonable. Thanks! One suggestion for improvement: tea and coffee-making facilities (eg. kettle and/or coffee machine) in the room would be a welcome addition. This was our second stay in this hotel and we will certainly use it again. Highly recommended.

Family room is indeed enough space, but the room only has one bathtub, no shower, not practical for family in the end.

Parfait pour une nuitée d’étape en famille le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré pas à notre goût

Modern property. Convenient parking. Would recommend for business trips, not as a vacation hotel. Its not really walkable, you need to have a car. Bed wasnt very comfortable, pillows very hard. Shower clogged. Please fix.

4 jours et 3 nuits dans cet hôtel où l ensemble de notre sejour a été une réussite. Des chambres spacieuses, un personnel aux petits soins, le menage effectué tous les jours en respectant notre intimité, un petit déjeuner avec un choix incroyable, le restaitant aux bons petits plats avec des glaces succulentes... bref un sans faute.. on garde précieusement l adresse et à très bientôt

Das Hotel Cruise entspricht gar nicht einem 4* Hotel. Dafür hat es viel zu viele Mängel. Zimmereinrichtung veraltet. Das Cruise liegt in der Instustriezone und nicht etwa am See. Der Name Cruise Lake täuscht also. Einzig die Zufahrt zum Hotel mit einem sehr grosses Parkplatz kann man als sehr gut bezeichnen. Das Früstücksbuffet entspricht auch nicht einem 4 Sterne Haus. Wir würden dieses Hotel eher als Business Hotel für Geschäftsleute empfehlen die 1-2 Nächte in Como zu tun haben. Also 3 Sterne

Great stay on our journey to Calabria. Having a room with a secure private garage and lift directly to our room was fantastic. Food and service in Bistro was very good

As is common in Europe, thermostats are limited (21.5-23.5). And if you open the window they will turn off the heat. There is no air conditioning, but the window provided cooling when needed in late April. Regardless, we liked the property enough to schedule a second stay there while in the area. We found the restaurant disappointing.

On m'avait vendu une chambre avec accès direct du parking en ascenseur privatif mais il ne marchait pas. Du coup j'ai du mal balader avec mes bagages dans des kms de couloirs sans vie pour trouver la chambre et j'ai eu du mal a la maintenir allumée car le lecteur carte était au fond de la chambre (côté ascenseur en panne) et pas côté couloir. De plus les toilettes coulaient sans s'arrêter le matin. J'en ai parlé à la réception qui savait et m'avait annoncé la panne a mon arrivée mais sans me changer de chambre. J'ai aussi écrit à l'hôtel sur leur formulaire de satisfaction. Les deux fois sans réponses. Je n'y retournerai pas. Si vous voulez vous sentir anonyme vous êtes au bon endroit
