Basic hotel for a 4 star. Staff was pleasant, room very basic. No room to keep your luggage. Breakfast was very basic, coffee not my favourite. Hair dryer stopped working while using but too close to check out to report. Overall okay for a one-nighter.

We had an amazing time in Bari at Boston hotel. The staff were polite, hotel rooms very clean and very close to all attractions. Easy to reach from airport and train station as well.

The location is great — walking distance to the old town, main shopping streets, and plenty of restaurants. A grocery store is right next door. The room was clean, recently renovated, with a comfy bed and nice bathroom. Housekeeping was excellent, sometimes twice a day. Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, with a wide variety including savory options — not just the usual pastries. The main issue was the air conditioning, which never cooled the room below 23.7°C at night. We were moved to three different rooms, but none were better. Staff blamed a central system with inconsistent cooling. In the end, we had to buy a fan just to sleep. For a July stay, this made the nights uncomfortable and frustrating. Reception staff were polite but not exactly welcoming — no real warmth or effort to make guests feel looked after. Overall, the hotel is clean, well-located, and offers a good breakfast — but in hot weather, the weak AC and indifferent service really take away from the experience.
