The foam party was fun :-)

The hotel is spacious, no feeling of crowd, plenty of loungers available. We had all inclusive, plenty of tasty food, no issues at all in the large buffet restaurant

Bel Hôtel, quoiqu’on le voit de génération déjà un peu ancienne. L’emplacement et les équipements globalement très bien. On apprécierait des prestations un peu meilleures au niveau de la restauration (par rapport à d’autres h10, celui de Tenerife notamment qui était parfait), et une salle qui fait un peu trop réfectoire. Et le lounge privilège, rarement nettoyé, et où nous avons reçu par contre des remarques condescendantes tout à fait inutiles par un jeune employé. Le bémol principal vient d’ailleurs du service : s’il était globalement aimable, on ne vient pas en Espagne pour recevoir un service allemand (froideur, et reproche d’arriver avec 4mn de retard à notre réservation de restauration… avant d’attendre 15 minutes pour être pris en charge une fois assis). Bref un bel hôtel mais une expérience mitigée, d’autant qu’on l’avait choisi pour sa piscine chauffée …qui en réalité était juste 0,4 degrés au dessus de la piscine non chauffée ….

Keine Reaktion auf Beschwerden. Roomservice katastrophal. Mehrere Tage keine Erneuerung Minibar, trotz Beschwerden. Gebraucht Gläser wurden tagelang nicht ausgetauscht. Insgesamt zu wenig Personal. H10 nie wider…

très belle chambre.

Not our best holiday by far, can’t put my finger on it But everyone & everything was hard work, felt constantly you were doing something wrong.. The bookings all had to be done on app, for breakfast / lunch / dinner had to be placed night before & if you want to change it omg, it was like I asked them to redecorate!!! You were left standing waiting for table for at least ten minutes , when the place was half empty..( I know they were under staffed ) but I have cancer & a walking stick , which they could see but still left us standing.. The restaurants were all freezing , they left door open & the wind was blowing through & again when I asked them to close the door ( as you could see everyone else was freezing, they didn’t like it !! Breakfast a bird constantly flew in & was nibbling at the bread. The spa booking system the same , you walked to spa & asked to come in & ‘have you booked’ No because I didn’t know it would be cloudy & want to come in & keep warm… you should book first She says… so go to main reception to book in & they tell me to book at spa !!! We had a suite, which was nice but the balcony view was a high solid wall , so when sitting you couldn’t see through.. many other balcony’s had mesh walls, which would have been better. We asked for the my boys suite to have a sofa bed made up & they pulled out a single from under sofa ! The rooms were not emptied of empty bottles / coffee pods everyday.. The noise in bathroom from other toilets flushing was very loud.

Lovely hotel, fantastic food and drink and very spacious room with a fabulous view. All the staff were so lovely and helpful and always friendly. Will definitely return!

Struttura molto bella

Camera, bagno e terrazzo, molto spaziosi. Vista mare. Belli gli spazi interni. Buona e varia sia la colazione che la cena. Gustose le carni e i pesci cucinati al momento. Posizione ideale per visitare il sud dell'isola.

Rigtig god faciliteter især til børnefamilier. Måske den bedste strand vi nogensinde har været på. Maden var kedelig. Sengene var stenhårde.

Il y a un réel problème dans la qualité de service au niveau de la restauration. Les tables sont souvent sales et quasiment jamais débarrassées lorsque vous mangez, que ce soit au restaurant principal ou à la piscine. L'amabilité du personnel au bar est également très disparate et aléatoire: nous sommes tombés sur des personnes extrêmement sympathiques qui ont du métier mais aussi sur des personnes à la limite du désagréable. Enfin et dernier point: on nous a fait remarquer (et ce pour la première fois) qu'ayons réservé via Expedia, nous n'avions pas droit aux mêmes services que les autres hôtes. Pas très commerçant ni agréable à entendre surtout lorsque l'on réserve 2 semaines. Bref, nous avons passé un bon séjour mais nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel qui ne coche pas toutes les cases pour nous.

The regular hotel rooms are dated but functional, I can’t speak for the rooms exclusive to Priviledge Members. The hotel could do with an overall lifecycle facelift. That being said, the layout, outdoor facilities and the design of the building is beautiful and the staff/service were excellent, very thoughtful, friendly and welcoming. We had half board and only ate in the betancuria where food was 7/10 with some good variety. We did see cockroaches here and there but I guess that’s due to the climate more than anything. I would go again, 4/5.

Amazing buffet! The pool was located at the most windy spot, so a bit cold especially after swimming.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, clean, good for kids, yummy food and lots of choice, fun times.
