Room service with mediocre food the last night of my stay lost power had no lights no air-conditioning with no effort to discount my stay for the inconvenience. The spa was amazing with amazing customer service

The room wasn’t too clean. The floor was dirty and the kitchen wasn’t cleaned lately as well as being understocked. It was hard to use. Also there were lots of large bugs ( either crickets or cockroaches) in it. I had to catch them multiple times a day and wasn’t sure where they were coming from. The hot ton was warm but not hot and the jets didn’t work. The hotel is dated and needs some renovations

Les falta climatizar las albercas y mas limpieza y carecen d3 buena atencion los chef en el bufete

Todo bien, solo que no respetan el no hacer ruidos fuertes los huéspedes

La habitación muy limpia y confortable, solo que tuve que llamar en dos ocasiones a recepcion, la llave de lavamanos mojaba el piso con goteras, al usar la regadera el agua se estancaba. Por fortuna ambos reportes fueron atendidos por mantenimiento.
