Hotel bom porém o ar condicionado não estava funcionando em todo o hotel o que torna a estadia um pouco incomoda, já que estava calor.

Una buona struttura alberghiera in una location magica, religiosa e miracolosa.

Adapté peut être pour des pèlerins mais pas pour des professionnels . La chambre était très loin de celles en photos sur leur site . J’ai eu un bon prix , mais à ce moment la mettez aussi la qualité des chambres correspondantes ( pas de publicité mensongère ).

It was a beautiful hotel the staircase was amazing the only thing that was missing was the check in they couldn’t find our reservation which was really stressful I suffer with anxiety and when they couldn’t find it I panicked they didn’t do anything to relieve this they just made it worse by saying I’m not booked in even though I had confirmation and had spoke to the hotel previously telling them I would be late checking in they didn’t work well under pressure and was a little unprofessional but apart from that was a beautiful hotel would definitely stay here again ❤️

Personnel très sympathique , séjour d’une nuit mais ne donnant pas envie d’y rester une autre . Ne vaux pas un quatre étoiles , petit déjeuner très basic et complètement industriel . Heure de départ à 10 h et à 10 h 05 et 10h10 , on viens frapper à la porte de votre chambre . Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles , c’est moyen . Vous arrivez à 17 h le soir pour la chambre et le lendemain départ impératif avant midi pour le parking payant . Hôtel spécial touristes de masse .

Rien à voir avec les photos. Ça date d’il y a 20 ans, tout comme les matelas (cuvette).

Hôtel qui ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles. Décoration vieillotte, climatisation qui fuit, coupure d’eau, propreté insuffisante (sanitaires, poussière, piscine…). Mauvais RQP.

Room pretty old for this kind of price. Location conveniently located arnd center area.

Hôtel au centre de Lourdes avec entrée dans une impasse pas facile à trouver . Grand hall en marbre mais chambre très ancienne avec armoire en Formica qui doit dater de début 1980 . Un peu bruyant d’autant plus que nous étions proche des ascenseurs. Petite piscine sur les toits .

Chambre très petite, lit inconfortable. La femme de ménage ouvre la porte à 9h pour vérifier…

Not great for parking unless you phone ahead. Car park is tight. Anything bigger that a Fiat 500 and you are in for some fun

Peu attractif et offre restauration desastreuse.

It wasn’t a 4 star, it was a 2 star hotel, very dated, the rooms were NOTHING like the pictures on the site! Infested with flies from the river, very rude service when I wanted some spray for the flies, I was told there was nothing they could do! I eventually got a different room on my last night, the bath didn’t work, the maintenance man had to tell reception. I had to chase reception about it, all they said was someone’s coming to fix it tomorrow, I said I’m leaving tomorrow! How convenient! My 2nd room had an awful view & what sounded like bottle bins kept me up very early morning, bearing in mind I hadn’t slept for 3 nights now because of fly infestation, flying on me during the nights!
