The pools were gorgeous. Thai restaurant was delicious. Location was fantastic. The apartments were spacious with 2 bedrooms, wifi, lovely outside area, big fridge and freezer, cooking equipment and very clean BBQ. Be nice to have some more sheltered outside areas and also not have to hire courts etc. Shame the spa wasnt heated too. We didn't expect so many residents that lived there permanently - didn't feel like our group of children could really be themselves and make too much noise. We weren't impressed with our broken dryer and oven that took forever to cook anything. Or the fact we had an entire day without power (7am to 8:15pm) - was quite dangerous in stairwells getting around. We only got the email the week before but no times listed for the outage. In saying all of that... at checkout we did complain and we were refunded some money which we were extremely grateful for.

Great location. Close to airport and if you like a stroll, pleasant walk once you get on the waterfront. Staff friendly and helpful. We had a large one bedroom apartment overlooking one of the many lovely pools and gardens. The grounds were very well kept and tropical. Decor in the room somewhat dated but clean and served our purposes of 5 nights exploring Cairns and surrounds. Would stay here again.

Clean, comfortable and affordable

The room was very neglegeted. Was not clean. Felt like a dark room were we had to have lights on. Bedding was absolute disgusting and dirty. Its was like they came out of a dump master. We had to go and buy pillows the next day. The mattress was all torn and stained and not even a mattress protector was on. carpet in the bedroom was filthy and tacky. Tried calling property management twice. as we arrived late Friday night. No answer. Only half a roller of toilet paper was supplied, no body wash, so I had to buy that too. I have stayed twice before, no problem. This place is so run down now. No where to even get up in the morning and sit to have breakfast or coffee at the cafe as that is closed. Sauna out of order. Pools run down. The lap pool and the one next to that was in decent condition Apartment was so depressing, we would leave in the morning and come back at night. Absolutely not a resort vibe. originally told they were moving us into a different apartment cause of a problem and into one upstairs only we were in the down stairs on. This was a couple days before arriving. We were in apartment 1306. Place looked like it was cleaned with a dirty rag. Mirrors and windows. I could write clean me in the grime. Didn't bother cooking anything. 3 knifes all as blunt as a door nail. All I can say, 1 you definitely need a car and 2 thank god the weather great so we could leave.

The property is dated. It is not a 4 star resort. The signage out front is

We had a family of 5 and stayed a week. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Spacious and very well appointed.

The property was nice and clean. Everything is mentioned in the details during booking was there. The pool area was very beautiful. Our stay was really great.

Everything was good and really liked the restaurant. I didn't receive instructions for late arrival because I didn't take phone off flight mode.Caused us a problem but my fault. We couldn't get onto wi-fi which was disappointing.

We stayed in Morris #517. This is an excellent well appointed, clean and remodeled unit. Some of the common areas have not been as well maintained, and a number of areas are currently being worked on. This is a mix of long term rentals, residents and short term holiday units. The local by the Cultural district is unparalleled in Cairns and makes this a great choice for active folks. the airplanes do land/take off nearby, so if that would be a bother to you please be sure to consider. For us, no worries.

Very clean and centrally located resort with a pool with easy access. All was superb and I would recommend this resort for staying in Cairns.

Amazing resort with 3 swimming pools , beautiful flora around ! Also , there is great Thai restaurant on side with very special deserts! Convenient parking. Communication was tricky because office is opened on week days until 5 snd closed on weekends and no one was picking up the phone or responded to property e mail . It is an older propery but maintained very well

Perfect family holiday destination in Cairns! Will definitely be back!

We arrived 10 minutes early and were told to come back at check in time. We came back at the check in time and was given the keys but were told that the supervisor had not inspected the property and were asked to wait a further 15 minutes, which we didn’t. The supervisor allowed herself into the apartment 30 minutes after check in to inspect the property. The property was very dated and needs some maintenance. Arrival info stated apartment had to be left tidy however couldn’t vacuum rooms as no vacuum, found the vacuum box empty.
