Slow inept service in the dining room. My assumption is that the lady was new. But given the fact that she only had 4 people to tend to, to forget the wine order was inexcusable

Sehr Sauberes und gut geführtes Hotel.Super Lage und tolle Suite.Der Wellnessbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen und das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig.Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Restaurant and front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. Having the Hahnenkammbaun steps away is wonderful! Easy place to tour the Kitzbuhel area from.

Personal sehr zuvorkommend und Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Frühstück hatte ausreichend Auswahl für jeden. Einzig das Spielezimmer war nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand, wenig Auswahl. Aber ansonsten ein toller Aufenthalt.

Parking has to be paid. It should be included.

Accommodating environment. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Delicious food.

Wonderful hotel with amazing location. Convenient to transportation, ski gondola lift, and shopping. Staff and dining options are very good. Attention to detail was thoughtful.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, met the owner who was very welcoming and it was a magical stay

Great location right next to gondola. Very nice rooms and suites. Good breakfast and nice bar. Pool nice but a little cold. Great staff. Would not stay anywhere else in Kitzbühel.

We stayed here for 4 nights at the start of December, skiing with 2 five year olds. It was the perfect location - 20m walk to ski school, ski lift and equipment hire shops. Hotel is immaculate, staff lovely with great facilities such as a pool. Couldn’t fault it and would happily visit again

The staff were the kindest people! The breakfast was amazing and everyone made us feel right at home! We can’t wait to be back!

All the staff were friendly, professional, extermely personable and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the dining exerience excetional. A highly enjoyable stay and this delightful hotel.
