Good place and location is perfect

A fantastic stay at the this hotel - we have been coming her

bed was good ,food excellent ,what i dint like. may be they were renovating all the carpets were dirty and dusty. indoor pool needs cleaning all around the area tiles were lose and slippery and dirty

Not well managed

L hébergement est très bien situé, il y a un parking souterrain, à 5 minutes à pied de M avenue. Situé pas loin en voiture des sites principaux de la ville. Le gros bémol c est qu il ne s agit pas du tout d un 5 étoiles, on a demandé à changer de chambre car la nôtre était vétuste vieux mobilier, sur les 3 ascenseurs 1 est en réparation depuis un moment à croire les précédents commentaires, la moquette dans les couloirs est sale et très vieille il y a également des vieux canapés dans le couloirs, les serviettes mis à disposition dans les chambres sont également vieille. Il ne s agit vraiment pas d un 5 étoiles il faut vraiment faire un très gros rafraîchissement des chambres et parties communes. Il y a aussi de gros travaux juste à côté de l hôtel donc tous les matins nous étions réveillés par le bruit et lorsque nous étions à la piscine pareil nous étions déranger par le bruit des travaux difficile de se relaxer dans ces conditions. Par contre le personnel est très gentil et cherche des solutions pour satisfaire le client, un grand merci à Monsieur Sofiane. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, varié et très complet stand de beignet, de crêpe de mesemen …

Location

Overall a grand experience. 1st when we got our room there was something not right and when we explained our requirement the reception staff was very helpful and understanding and next day we were moved to a much better room . Our special thanks goes to Rizlan who went out of her way to accomodate us .And not the least were Ameen and Athman .Breakfast was great and beatiful lobby. Definitely will visit again. And the location of the hotel is very convenient.And our gratitude to breakfast staff Fatima & Emaan and tge rest of the staff for making our stay a memorable one.

Central, rapport qualité prix

O hotel diz ser 5 estrelas e não tem climatização , ar condicionado . Marrakeche com 38/40° graus e tivemos que dormir com janela aberta que entrou mosquitos e fomos picados. Desconforto total as 3 noites que passamos neste hotel que não condiz com a classificação que vocês informam. Todos os dias tínhamos que trocar o cartao para abrir o a porta do nosso qrt pois estava sem contato todos os dias a carta! Transtornos total em dias que pensei ter descanso tranquilo.

This is our go to hotel for Marrakech. Super nice and friendly staff and our room are always clean and fresh. The best of this hotel is their breakfast buffet. So many options and it’s all included with your stay! We love it here and have booked it 3 times already! It’s close to a shopping center and tons of restaurants in the area to try!

The receptionist was unprofessional; she left me waiting for nearly an hour, which made me very angry.

Overall is very good place to stay only breakfast is little bite not good a lot of eggs in the menu other an that is great I so recommend to stsy again

Un bellissimo albergo di stile continentale europeo presso il quale avevamo già soggiornato due volte In passato trovandoci molto bene. Ebbene il prezzo è aumentato ma i servizi sono veramente migliorati parimenti. Complimenti una colazione davvero super completa. Una camera impeccabile ed un servizio ottimo. Consigliamo a tutti il soggiorno qui.
