The staff are always friendly and happy to provide service. The location is very good for my visits to the area. I do enjoy the welcome cookies.

Decent breakfast. Quiet. Nice to be so near enough to the lakefront and beach. Lovely historic town. Great choice of restaurants. Close to shopping at the outlet mall and to Niagara.

Excellent stay and breakfast was good too!

It was a short distan e from downtown & it was quiet. Also breakfast was available at the hotel (continental style) plus there was a resturant right next store & a Tim Hortons across the street.

The room was spacious and quiet and we enjoyed the jetted tub! Lovely town to visit as well

Lindo hotel en muy buena zona de la ciudad. Se puede llegar fácilmente a pie a la zona historica y algunas bodegas. La habitación es de buen tamaño, personal atento que mantuvo todo siempre muy bien durante mí estadía. Se brinda un desayuno básico que funciona bien, internet anduvo perfecto, hay posibilidad de estacionar en el hotel.

Front desk staff was friendly and made check in easy. Rooms are quiet and clean. Area is very safe. Only one disappointment, the Expedia listing states spa and hot tub and they do not have either one.

This property was close to the downtown area and the prices were more affordable than many other hotels in the area

NOT GOOD They say they have Hot Tub but is 1 person Jacuzzi tub on are annversary weekend False advertisement!!!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

Great stay however breakfast was ok (could have used more selections, ex. Sausage/bacon, hashbrowns).

I loved the fire place in our room.

The hotel was located in a quiet area of town. The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast area was well stocked with various food options, and the breakfast attendant was friendly. Check in and out were very easy processes. It was a very good experience overall, and I’d stay here again.
