Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes, hilfsbereites Personal. Egal welches Anliegen wurde sofort beantwortet und darauf reagiert. Unser Zimmer war geräumig mit tollem Blick auf die Küste und das Meer. Im Bad war Schimmel, was aber nicht am Hotel lag, sondern den Gästen, die vorher nicht oder viel zu wenig gelüftet haben im Bad. Nach kurzem Hinweis darauf, wurde uns sofort ein anderes Zimmer angeboten umd das Bad behandelt. Wir sind aber in dem Zimmer geblieben. Wir hatten Halbpension - beides war in Buffetform. Getränke beim Essen waren inklusive, allerdings mit Selbstbedienung, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig war jedoch, dass der Wein (Rot, Weiß und Rosé) gezapft wurde. Die Pools auf der Dachterrassen boten einen sensationellen Ausblick, aber da sie nicht geheizt werden, war das Wasser Ende April noch zu kalt zum Schwimmen.

The hotel was lovely, clean, well looked after. The staff were superb and extremely helpful and friendly, they made the stay for me. The restaurants were good, not overly priced. The breakfast was ok, plenty of choice but I would prefer fresh juice and served tea/coffee to the table but that's a personal preference. The spa treatment we had was amazing. Overall we loved the hotel and would go again

Firstly I must say the staff were always helpful and Oliver who worked at The Prickly Pear, lovely, always a smile on his face and made amazing mojitos! The communal areas are very clean and modern, however my room was not exactly up to the same standard. Maybe I’ve just been lucky in other 4 star hotels I’ve stayed in, but normally I would expect shampoo at the very least, but that’s not so bad. However being placed next to the games room, was awful, when people were in there at night it sounded like they were in the room with me, so loud! And the machines don’t get turned off until 11pm. The elevators are extremely near to this room as well and despite it being a fire door to my room and the games room, this was propped open majority of the time. This also meant I could hear guests coming and going at all hours of the morning from the elevators. The air con would sometimes make quite loud noises for no apparent reason during the night, which was difficult to sleep through. It’s a shame because the staff were nice enough and the area is lovely (minus all the road works currently)

Our room had AC system that leaked on to our bed. They changed the bed linen and added a towel to the duct to absorb the water until morning. Morning past, afternoon past and in the following evening we arrived back to our room to find the water was dripping on the bed and floor like a running tap. We got told they would put another towel in to absorb the water through the night again but complained as it was nearly midnight at this point. We got moved to a temporary room to just sleep that night. It was awful. Noisy and smoke alarm kept flashing all night. The following mor I by the moved us to a “supreme” room. It was pretty standard room, luckily we did not have issues with the room going forward. The staff gave us a bottle of wine and some sweets to say sorry. Overall Food was delicious, staff were polite. The heated Pools were lovely but busy as expected during colder season and spa treatments were very good.

Wow wow wow, this is an incredible hoyel, immaculately clean and new, staff are so attentive! So polite and so welcoming. Nothing was trouble for them. Breakfast was always fresh and great variety. Housekeeping was superb and spotlessly clean.

Breakfast was really good! Very tasty buffet. The facilities were cleqn and well cared for. The kids loves the outdoor heated pool qnd the views were amazing.

Food was excellent, we had no air conditioning working, internet was out for one day, no hot water on another day. Definitely wouldn't not stay again.

Quick and pleasant check in. We'd booked an apartment, very happy with it, again pleasant cleaning staff. As people have mentioned, noise seems to travel, as everywhere has tiled floors. I had a massage which was very enjoyable. We had a meal in Tosca on our last night, again enjoyable meal, nice staff.

I had a wonderful stay at the Solana Spa Hotel in Malta. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a team that truly stands out for its professionalism, organization, and efficiency. What made the experience special was how genuinely warm and attentive the staff were. Despite the language barrier, they made every effort to understand our needs and ensure we felt comfortable at all times. Their ability to adapt and respond with such precision and care was impressive. I would especially like to thank Kamil, Ijaz, and Kis, who were exceptional throughout our stay. They were always punctual, attentive, and incredibly kind. Their dedication and positive attitude made a real difference and turned a simple stay into a memorable experience. One point worth mentioning is that the bus stop located in front of the hotel was not available during our stay due to roadworks. As a result, we had to rely on Bolt to get around the island, even though we had originally planned to use public transport. This is, of course, not the hotel’s fault, but it is useful information for future guests. It is rare to find a team that combines professionalism with such a human touch. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malta.

Qualitatives Hotel, freundliches Personal, Buffet auch soweit in Ordnung. Die Sauberkeit könnte allerdings ein wenig besser sein.
