Customer service was excellent, room was clean but fair condition but the biggest flop was the other people running around upstairs causing poor sleeping conditions without the hotel doing anything.

Nice quiet stay, centrally located to many stores and restaurants. Easy to get to and clean.

There was pet hair all over our room. The beds were VERY uncomfortable. When we notified the staff of our unclean room, they didn’t offer to clean it or anything. They just said that “all rooms are pet friendly”.

Definitely close to shopping and easy access to the freeway. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, had healthy options. Only thing I was not impressed with is the bed. Mattress needs to be replaced as I could feel springs. Cushion worn out & squeaky. Otherwise, it was a good spot to stay overnight.

Stayed in way back to California after a family trip. Staff,was incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean. Pool was perfect for myself and the kids. Several restaurants within walking distance.

Estela was our cleaning lady, she was fantastic She was always available to our needs also great person, this world needs more people like her!! Next time in Yuma, this is our spot!

It is walking distance to many shops and restaurants and is in a relatively safe area. It was a great value, easy parking, ok breakfast, and you get a free cookie and water upon registering. Would happily stay again.
