Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely breakfast with fresh, delicious fruit every morning. Walkable-great location with many restaurants and the metro station nearby. Clean rooms, though the bathroom shower was quite small and the shower curtain was problematic. Would stay here again!

Older building in a great location, basic but adequate mainly cold breakfast, very clean, staff were always polite, I wouldn’t put anybody off of staying here…

L’hôtel est situé dans une rue avec pas mal de bars, de restaurants et c’est assez vivant par contre le problème c’est que le bâtiment est collé à une discothèque et il est impossible de dormir de 23h à 5h du matin …on a carrément les vibrations de la musique et le son … on nous a changé de chambre la nuit d’après ce qui était mieux car on avait plus les vibrations mais toujours le son .. obligé de dormir avec des boules quies ! Sinon les chambres sont spacieuses, les lits confortables et le petit déjeuner très correct.

Hotellet har ett utmärkt läge. Personalen är supertrevliga och hjälpsamma. Jag har återvänt till hotellet flera gånger och kommer att fortsätta med det.

Okay hotel. Found silverfish on the bathroom. Otherwise clean. Very small shower, but it does the job. The door and walls must be made of paper, the sound is going straight through from the hallway and the neighboring rooms. Nice bed. Breakfast was nothing special, just bread, some eggs, cereal and fresh fruits, coffee, juice etc. Reception open 24h. Parking was not available at site due to me not booking in advance, but was able to park at the railway station 7 minutes away (20 euros for a night there as well). Pleasant staff.

Vet om att det är trångt när man ska ner i garaget så vi hyr bil utifrån detta. Vi saknade en garderob på rummet, annars var allt tip top.

Underground parking garage access VERY tight! Ask for help

Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is clean, spacious and recently given a cosmetic refresh. I.e. new carpeting, painted, new cabinetry. Bed is very comfortable. The bathroom could use a bit of an update, particularly the plumbing. Shower water pressure is a bit weak, and tends to jump from cold to hot easily. Breakfast is sufficient, it has enough variety that can be expected for a small hotel. Well located centrally, close to many restaurants, walking distance from train station and to Ribeira beach and walking promenade. Noise from nearby night club is a bit bothersome, it operates from 11 pm to 6 am, so street noise is to be expected. I’ve stayed here several times and would stay again.

Basic hotel but staff very friendly and great location. Ok for one night. Would have liked kettle/cups or glasses in room. WiFi patchy

Great place to stay. Very clean, all basics you need and the bed was excellent. Only note goes to the fact that there wasn’t any small desk or table to write some emails.
