Υπήρξαν θέματα τα οποία έκαναν τη διαμονή όχι πολύ ευχάριστη. Κυρίως τα άπειρα, υπερβολικά πολλά κουνούπια, τόσο στους εξωτερικούς χώρους όσο και μέσα στο δωμάτια. Επίσης η χρήση της πισίνας ήταν αδύνατη διότι οι διάφοροι ταξιδιώτες καταλάμβαναν από το πρωί όλες τις ξαπλώστρες χωρίς να παρευρίσκονται στο χώρο με αποτέλεσμα να μην υπάρχει δυνατότητα χρήσης για τους υπόλοιπους. Κανένας έλεγχος αυτής της κατάστασης από το ξενοδοχείο. Επίσης η απίστευτη φασαρία από τα μικρά παιδιά, για τα οποία δεν υπήρχε ούτε κάποιο control από τους γονείς αλλά ούτε και από τους υπευθύνους του ξενοδοχείου. Δεν μπορεί σε ένα 5* ξενοδοχείο οι συνθήκες σεβασμού προς το περιβάλλον, τους ενοίκους και τους χώρους αυτού να μην ενδιαφέρει τη διοίκηση του ξενοδοχείου.

The hotel and staff were excellent. We stayed 2 nights in the Presidential Suite and 3 nights in Executive room. The Presidential Suite had 2 bedrooms, plenty of closet space, living room dining room combo, kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms and balcony/terrace. The Executive room was typical USA type/size hotel room with a balcony, perfect for 2 people. The breakfast buffet had a variety of food, however, it's still a buffet, best tasting when fresh off the grill or from the kitchen. The pool has lounge chairs and regular tables and chairs. Many families stay there, so breakfast buffet and pool area can be congested. The hotel is within walking distance, of kids amusement park. restaurants, boat rental and charter, scuba diving, gift shops etc, providing a more authentic experience of Greece. There are other beach areas within walking, short drive (Asproneri Beach) or a boat ride via Golden Age boat company to a small island called Lichadonisia with a beach bar and lounge chairs and umbrellas. The only negative aspect was a couple night time type bugs (mosquito type) may get into the room if balcony doors are open or if not fully closed. However, such bugs are everywhere in Greece not limited to the hotel. Otherwise, it was a great experience and the hotel and staff are excellent!

The hotel is very nice and excellent staff. We stayed in the Presidential Suite the first two nights, which consisted of a few balconies/terrace, with French type doors, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and large living and dinning room combo. The only negative aspect, the doors to balcony in both bedrooms weren't completely air-tight seal, so a couple nighttime bugs (mosquito or house fly at worse) may be able to get in, or if you leave the doors open later afternoon. That is not specific to this hotel, it can be any hotel or home in Greece. The breakfast is excellent, good variety of food. However, it is a buffet everything tastes best when freshly made. A lot of families and groups appear to be there, so it can get crowded during popular vacation times of year. The hotel has a nice pool, however, it's a challenge getting lounge chairs poolside. The location of the hotel is within walking distance of kids amusement park, restaurants and beaches which are a more authentic experience of Greece. There is another beach (Asproneri) which is a 5 minute drive or boats to and island Lichadonisia via Golden Age boat company. We didn't use the spa, so I cannot comment. Otherwise, the hotel was great and staff was excellent, it's well worth the trip. Our last 3 nights we stayed in a smaller room (Executive Suite) good room comfortable for 2 people with a balcony.

Greta pool and location

The hotel had rented a large number of their rooms for a kids football tournament. There were hundreds of extremely noisy and uncontrolled kids creating a lot of nuisance in the hotel all day long and for part of the night. The hotel staff was unable to control the situation and it was impossible to use the pool, or eat quitely at the restaurant. A terrible experience.

Je ne recommande pas en raison du buffet et de la salle à manger.

Wonderful place to stay to break up the drive north from athens to Mount olympus

Magnifique hôtel. Vue super sur la mer qui est à 2 pas. Grande piscine avec plage en pente douce. Chambre spacieuse et calme. Vraiment que du positif !!!

Room was nice although the toilet seat was very cheap. Staff was very friendly. Food was cafeteria style and very crowded in dining room. Definitely seemed like a family oriented place with lots of children. We actually didn't feel great after the breakfast. Nothing bad.

The outside pool area was very pretty. The staff was very nice.

Relaxed atmosphere

Πολύ όμορφο και άνετο ξενοδοχείο με υπηρεσίες spa και ιαματικών λουτρών, ευγενικό προσωπικό πλούσιο πρωινό και βραδινό, μεγάλα άνετα δωμάτια και υπέροχες πισίνες και κήπος για ατελείωτη ξεκούραση.

This hotel although being traditional was so amazing however would be great if AC was offered in the reception

Staff was VERY accommodating. Especially our pool waiters (Erica). I would highly recommend this as a good lay over spot to rest up while traveling in Greece.

Great location and the staff were amazing. One of the best places I have visited recently. However, they should improve a bit the drink service around the pool. However, Erica was great when she took care of us at night.

Was great quick getaway. Hotel was Clean and the staff were great . Wish food had a bit more variation over the days and the bottle kids pool should be a bit warmer . But over all great stay. We will be back

I really loved the pool area.It was spectacular. The staff was friendly and helpful. I did care for the buffet breakfast or dinner.

Enjoyed

Five stars excellent stay. Thermal pool of Kamena Vourla was my aim and there is one indoor and one outdoor + several normal water pools. The service is very good, the meal is tasty and rather various. Unfortunately l couldn't go to sea even if it's 30m of distance. There is no sand and overall pebble, l think they could have added at least a clean sand to the private beach. Ok, all in all it was fantastic!

Property in a pleasant setting of mountain and sea. All staff very attentive and helpful. Overall quite a relaxing stay.
