The room had a serious mosquito problem, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Even with the windows closed, there were a lot of mosquitos inside. Needs better pest control or at least mosquito nets or repellents provided

The check in employee was very cold and impersonal. My room had club access, but the key was not programed for the second floor. I went back to rekey it, then the key did not work for my room. After the second attempt, I gave up on the club. The club was a joke, inferior to any clubs I've visited. The room attendant and the restaurant staff were very nice and friendly. Also you have this room under suite category, but the most this room can be a junior suite.

Reservations department was very helpful in sorting out our different rooms for all our guest.. Special thk to Ravindra in reservation to help us out.

Services not commensurate with the cost.

I rarely write reviews, but our exceptional stay at Radisson Blu Noida compelled me to write one. Our rooms were beautiful, immaculately maintained, and the breakfast buffet left us spoilt for choice. What stood out most for me though was the hospitality. Check in was stress-free, Dhananjay ensured a seamless process; and Neetu at reception went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable - so much so that my little one wouldn’t stop talking about her long after we had left ! Every single staff we came across - from the security staff at gates, doorman, reception and restaurant staff, and other staff in the lobby, all were extremely courteous and helpful. Thank you for making our stay memorable, definitely coming back again.

Excellent place to stay, the staff takes care of your any and every need with pleasure. It’s a great place to stay with comfortable and spacious rooms with elaborate dining options. Highly recommend!!

It was a wonderful experience. Everyone at the hotel makes you feel welcome and truly special as a guest. I would like to highlight Ms. Gausiya Tyagi for her exceptionally excellent treatment every time i’ve visited this property.

Excellent location. Extremely helpful staff especially Gautam,Poornima,Amit,Vijay, Govind and khushi. Mahendr at breakfast. Breakfast was really great and a huge variety.

The room was gorgeous, the breakfast amaze, and the staff wonderful. Aryan and Rushika were especially friendly and caring.

Friendly and wonderful staff always willing to help and accommodate. Great facilities in the hotel. Great stay!

The service, location, food, and convenience of this hotel can't be beat. Everyone was so wonderful! I would stay there again in a heart beat. The only thing I was unhappy with was that our room smelled like someone had been smoking in it for years. It was overwhelming and I regret not asking the hotel to move us to a different room. The floor said that it was a non-smoking floor, but there was an ashtray in the room - so obviously someone had been smoking in it. The smell was BAD! Other than that, everything else was exceptional.

The hotel is fantastic. The decor all around is stunning. Staff was great and the food (breakfast and dinner) was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast buffet was great. The hotel was great. Water in the bathrooms was clean. About 100 TDS unlike the 1100 TDS in Noida. ONLY one thing they need to do ; No need to have an attendant in the elevators. Its quite odd to have that in such a small elevator.

We had an excellent experience at Radisson Blu. For the four days that we stayed, the staff was always courteous and very helpful. They went out of their way to make us comfortable. This extended to the breakfast team, the restaurants, the bell boys, and all other staff too. The banquet facility was wonderful too. We had a celebration attended by about 55 people and our entire experience was very positive. The food was wonderful and the catering staff was always alert and active.
