It is a wonderful hotel staff the best! Intend to ise it again for Paris visits.

Father in law passed away and got to town one day early. They could care less about making the smallest change to the date. I was willing to go the day before or after and they didn't want to deal with it.

Wir hatten ein Superior Zimmer zum Hof und es war in der Nacht ruhig. Überhaupt ein grundsätzlich sehr schönes Hotel mit perfekter Lage und sehr freundlichem Personal. Wir würden hier wieder buchen.

The room was clean and comfortable. Service was great. Area was great going up but trashy going down.

Great location and nice room! Few hotel lobby amenities but the room had all we needed!

The room was clean, but it didn’t seem up to the standards of a four star hotel. It was quite common, and more in line with a three star. The breakfast was just OK, and very expensive for the options that were given. The pillows in the room were all very large, and very hard. Usually four star hotels have different types of pillows to choose from, but even the extra ones provided in the room were the same firmness. It made sleeping very difficult.

Staff were very friendly and professional.

The hotel is very boutique. The rooms are a good size and well appointed. Very convenient for the metro and many attractions. Walking is good with hills and stairs. Very good water pressure (don’t open the tap all the way!). All staff were very good.

Sweet quiet and clean hotel with lovely staff.

This was our first trip to Paris and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience at our hotel. They were so friendly and accommodating. From breakfast to housekeeping, all was done with pride. I would also like to add that we purchased a bottle of wine and forgot to get a bottle opener. We asked Pierre for a cork opener and he provided us with 2 wine glasses to our surprise. We highly recommend staying at this hotel whether you are new or returning to Paris.
