The property had a beautiful patio and pool. I didn’t use it because I was out checking the city. The staff was good I sometimes struggled to understand them because of thick accents but they did their best. I found the food on site very pricy for what they were offering.

The room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful but for how much the room was I expected a blow dryer that was disappointing but luckily the view was fabulous

ベランダから海が見えるすてきな部屋でした。 チェックイン前に大きな荷物を預かってもらえます。すぐ近くにビーチ、公園、すてきなカフェもあります。繁華街までも徒歩15分ほどです。

The room was very small, the bathroom was quite slippery, the bedsheets looked clean but smelled bad...one pillow case had dried booger...the admin staff almost seem not to want to engage with the guests...they charged for parking in the carpark, that should've been complimentary at least...not even a couple of bottled water in the very small fridge...over all we are not going to use the hotel again...and will not recommend to any of my friends who wants to go to Cairns...very disappointing.

Breakfast was not.worth considering. Choice verylimited and nothing was fresh not even the juice For the price i would have expected better standard. Facilities such as pool does not cater for disabilities .a.ramp to reach the pool would help. Also i would have expected my sheets and pillow to have been changed at least once during the eight days we were there. Hotel needs to upgrade its rooms to include bedside.sockets and room lights that work.

Good location, rooms are a bit dated, bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. Staff were fantastic, always very happy to assist.

The property was very well maintained, and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Very pleased with the safe parking garage as well. We decided to stay an extra night after returning from our live aboard trip. It’s located within walking distance of a ton of restaurants, shops and the ocean. The room was very tidy but a few things to consider: 1. The bathroom doesn’t have a fan so the floor tends to stay wet 2. The beds are on rollers and can push away from you when getting on it.

Very tired but clean room. The view was excellent and the size of the room was good. Breakfast was quite basic but tasty. I approached a staff member during breakfast for a couple of extra serviettes and her response was " well you could have gotten them from over there" as she pointed to the desk at the entrance to the restaurant. To be fair I had searched everywhere else prior to asking. I advised her I would certainly do as she suggested and got them myself. She did then approach me later with some extra serviettes but to be honest I was pretty disgusted at her attitude. Both check in and check out was very quick and easy and the staff at the front desk polite and efficient.

No notice that the restaurant & bar would be closed on Anzac Day and the next day. Very small, uninteresting and limited room service menu. App for room service did not work for 5 days.

Good place

My experience was seamless. Reception staff were polite and helpful. Room was neat and tidy. Checkout was swift! The hotel in itself is a little tiered but still in good working order in a great location.

Hotel is a bit far from restaurants walking distance

Property rather dismal, needs upgrade, room maintainence lacking, appears shortage in housekeeping, had to wait for clean towels, bins only emptied in room despite staying for 4 nights room was basically untouched by housekeeping, breakfast was plentiful as stated as smorgasbord no complaints, staff at reception warm and very helpful
