O quarto estava limpo e arrumado e a equipe era eficiente, no entanto, não havia cortesia no trato, mas não se assuste. Parece ser comum pela Espanha, as pessoas nos serviços parecem sempre aborrecidas pela nossa presença.

ホテルの立地はカタルーニャ広場前で最高です。観光する際のアクセス拠点として適しています。朝食も連泊しても日々異なるので楽しく美味しいです。部屋は綺麗ですがシャワー等の水捌けが若干気になりました。スタッフの方のサービスも良く滞在中安心出来ました。総合評価としてこのホテルはお勧めです。

The room was decent, nothing special. Rooms weren't cleaned before 3/4 in the afternoon which was unpleasant coming back to rest mid day and then being "kicked out" by the cleaning crew. Hotel has potential, location was good, majority of staff were friendly.

Hotel is an easy ride from the airport via aerobus. Metro, city buses, the hop on and off buses and taxis are all within one block. Lots of shops and eateries everywhere. The hotel was wonderful, staff was excellent. Very nice.
