Room was outdated. Staff was friendly but not helpful. Great views and rooftop was nice. Spacious room but they need improvement

Hotel perfecto. En el centro de Sorrento y con tren y autobús para visitar otros pueblos super cerca. Desayuno muy bien. Quizas el aire acondicionado demasiado frio para desayunar. El personal también muy bien, nos dieron todas las indicaciones para visitar Sorrento y alrededores perfectamente.

Really central but quiet. The only complaint is that it is not clear how to turn the no room cleaning sign on.

Excellent accomodation from the beautifully kept grounds to the comfort of the tastefully decorated rooms to the proximity to Piazza Tasso. We were very impressed with the front desk willingness to help and ensured guests satisfaction. We were upgraded to great rooms and were surprised with a bottle of champaigne to the room. Will definitely return.

Our entire 4 night stay was truly outstanding! This hotel is spotlessly clean, comfortable, and quite elegant, with a highly competent, professional and helpful staff. The location is perfect in that it’s a quick walk into the main part of town, yet is separate enough to be peacefully quiet. The included extensive breakfast buffet was an appetizing presentation of fruits, meats, cheeses, breads, pastries, yogurt and hot dishes and truly a delightfully delicious way to start each morning. Without any hesitation at all, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sorrento.

Le Grand Hotel Cesare Augusto est très bien placé. Le personnel est très gentil. Rien à redire là dessus. L'hôtel est un 4 étoiles mais on est très loin des standards. Le lit bébé est payant (frais caché, alors même que nous faisons une réservation pour 3 personnes. Il faut aller dans les conditions générales de l'hôtel pour avoir l'information). Première fois d'ailleurs que nous devons payer pour un lit bébé dans un hôtel ! Ensuite, les chambres sont vieillottes. Pas du tout insonorisée ! on entend absolument TOUT ce qui se passe chez le voisin ! Le parking (payant bien sûr) était en travaux pendant notre séjour mais là aussi, tarif plein pot quand même malgré les désagrément. Aucune infrastructure pour les enfants. En revanche, un grand bravo à toutes les personnes qui font le ménage parce que pour le coup, elles font du super travail !

Very clean and roomy. Older, but has been well kept up. Breakfast was plentiful with both Italian and American options. Conveniently located with a quick walk to the Piazza. Lovely courtyard to relax and enjoy. Blanket on bed was too lightweight for room temperature. We didn’t request additional bedding. They didn’t allow any food or drink brought in. Not even bottled water.

O hotel entregou o que prometeu. Está excepcionalmente bem localizado , tem uma equipe muito prestativa e um café da manhã completo. Quartos limpos , amplos e silenciosos
